Requirements 

• 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or HR Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools.
• Understanding of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and social recruiting.
• Creative approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X. Designation: Technical Lead - Android (ABL_SS_597)

Position description:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. 
• Along with Hands-on development will lead the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. 
• Work alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.

Proven track record of handling sizeable payment gateway reconciliation cycle from end to end for min 5 years and overall experience of 8 years.

Knowledge of automating the entire payment gateway reconciliation with the help of tools and making sure internal controls adhere with respect to the process.

Robust negotiation skills with all PG’s and maintaining professional cordial relationships with them and see how the work is getting done from them.

Managing a team and driving the PG process smoothly.

Experience from on-boarding new merchants' bank reconciliation till settlement.
