Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the content planning, execution, and marketing across three key verticals of the BFC Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong social presence, driving engagement, and aligning content with the brand’s voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for all three verticals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Conduct competitive and audience research to inform content tone and style.
• Content Creation & Execution:
• Oversee the creation of original, engaging, and brand-aligned content (text, image, video, reels, stories, etc.).
• Work with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce content that performs.
• Ensure timely posting across all relevant social media platforms.
• Social Media Marketing & Management:
• Manage social media tools for scheduling, analytics, and community management.
• Track performance metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Brand Engagement:
• Monitor social media trends and viral content opportunities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and nurture online communities for each vertical.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Suggest improvements based on analytics, user behavior, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts (preferably across multiple brands or verticals).
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative engagements with clients, exploring their technical and business challenges. This will include delivering workshops, presenting solution overviews and providing benefits analysis of software features and developments
• Provide consulting services to aid the implementation, adoption, operation and expansion of Adobe Campaign at client organisations
• Provide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):

o             Work with Clients to assess requirements

o             Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows

o             Configure the Adobe Campaign solution to customers’ requirement including Campaigns set-ups, building web pages using Scripting

o             Develop customer specific solutions where necessary and document them

o             Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution

• Create Implementation plans for new and existing clients
• Creation of accurate estimates and quotations for Adobe Campaign Consulting services
• Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specs that define and support the solution
• Ownership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation
• Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implemented
• Product Upgrades and Configuration activities
• Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which don’t have dedicated Project Managers
• Build great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team,  Learn and Adopt best-practices from such teams globally
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations

Responsibilities

•  Develop and maintain server-side Node.js applications using the Express.js framework,
• OpenAPI, API Gateway, and Swagger specifications.
•  Work with a team of developers to design, implement, and test new features.
•  Optimize and troubleshoot existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
•  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
•  Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side and client-side applications.
•  Mentor and coach junior developers on the team

• Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years as Solution architect Experience is must
• 5+ years of experience In Node.js
• 2+ years of experience with the Express.js framework
• 2+ years of experience with OpenAPI, API Gateway, and Swagger is must
• Strong understanding of JavaScript programming language
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with RESTful API design and development
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (Jest)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

• Should have good unit testing skills to review his own development and identify all the defects and get it fixed before releasing the code

Desired Skills

• Should have experience in developing ERP applications or Database Intensive Data Entry applications. 

• Been on a same role for a period of 2 years or more

• Hands on experience of configuration management and version maintenance

• Prior experience of working in the shipping domain

• Should be able to understand the Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications and develop the application as per the specification provided.
