Job Summary: The Business Head - Radiology is responsible for overseeing the radiology business unit's strategic planning, operations, and growth. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Business Development:

·        Develop and implement the business strategy for the radiology unit, aligning with overall company goals.

·        Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, services, and technologies.

·        Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to increase market share.

·        Ensure P & L management and Business growth.

Operational Management:

·        Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization, efficiency, and quality of service.

·        Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all radiology services.

·        Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and safety protocols.

Financial Management:

·        Prepare and manage the budget for the radiology unit, focusing on cost control and revenue generation.

·        Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve profitability.

·        Drive initiatives to enhance revenue streams, including pricing strategies and new service offerings.

Team Leadership and Development:

·        Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of radiologists, technicians, and support staff.

·        Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and continuous improvement.

·        Implement performance management systems to ensure team accountability and success.

Patient Care and Quality Assurance:

·        Ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.

·        Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.

·        Oversee quality assurance programs and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

Stakeholder Management:

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, vendors, and partners.

·        Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in radiology technology.

• Data Collection and Preparation:
• Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Hands on experience on Android in creating Hybrid / Native applications
• Demonstrable UI/UX experience on a large-scale app.
• Thorough understanding of React Native development tools like IDEs (Nuclide, Atom, Sublime Text, or Visual
• Good knowledge of JS frameworks like ReactJS is a plus.

§ Should be able to handle all ETL Datawarehouse testing phases (Azure environment).

§ Should be able to test complex SQL scripts including Spark SQL

methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives.

§ Should be able to identify business requirements including data sources, target systems, transformations

required, business rules required to be applied and existing data model from the mapping document.

§ Define Testing strategy, Test approach, Test suites and Test cases.

§ Run, test and debug ETL jobs (Azure environment).

§ Identify and track defects to closure and keep defect log.

§ Should be able to produce test result documentation that are clear and concise along with documentation of

tests performed, test coverage, test risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

§ Bringing in industry best practices in ETL Testing.

§ Should be able to test complex SQL scripts including Spark SQL

§ Should be able to test pandas data frame ETL transformations.

What is the expectation from the candidate’s current role/profile?

§ 2-5 years of experience in core ETL testing expertise with strong exposure to agile methodology.

§ Ability to apply business and functional knowledge, to define testing strategy, test approach and test case

design.

§ Should have excellent SQL skills

§ Should have worked on ETL project involving multiple layers/stages of database processing with various kinds

of sources/targets like files, Oracle, SQL Server, Webservices. Delta Lake etc…

§ Should have at least intermediate level knowledge of python scripting and pandas (Python data analysis

library).

Job Description for the position of “Email Deliverability Specialist”

We are looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist who will be responsible for driving different campaigns like; Drip campaigns, Email and Push channel campaigns etc. and must have in-depth knowledge of email campaign management, marketing automation, channel metrics, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day execution of email deliverability, including onboarding configuration, troubleshooting campaign challenges, creating/segmenting lists.
• Strong understanding of ISP/domain-specific delivery policies, whitelisting and feedback loops with ISPs
• Expert knowledge of “best practices” for sending bulk email and list management
• A good understanding of email end-to-end delivery including IP addresses, DNS, SMTP, authentication and email headers
• Aid in meeting client goals by improving email delivery, unsubscribe rate, and other e-mail metrics.
• Contact vendors on a regular basic including in-depth weekly or monthly calls, or as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, helping the QA Team test email assets across different email clients and ESPs.
