Top college graduate with experience in Founder’s Office / GTM Strategy / Growth / Strategy / Operations / Revenue Ops roles, preferably in startup or high-growth environments

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of experience in roles such as Founder’s Office, GTM Strategy, Growth, Strategy, Consulting, Revenue Ops, Startup leadership, VC, or Ex-Founder roles

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have direct experience working with founders and/or senior leadership, owning high-impact initiatives with end-to-end responsibility

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on team leadership experience, with direct people management responsibility for a minimum of 2 team members.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have played a key role in scaling journeys such as 0→1, 1→10, or 1→100, including building processes, charters, and execution frameworks from scratch

Strong Senior UI/UX Product Designer profile – IC Role in B2C Mobile Apps

Role Description

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and effective communication.
