Job Description:
Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates for our clients' open positions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and proven experience in identifying and recruiting top talent for various job roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential candidates through various sources, such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Engage with potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and interest in open job positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand the client's staffing requirements and provide appropriate candidate recommendations.
- Negotiate compensation packages with candidates and finalize the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential candidates and build relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to staffing and hiring practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
