What your role would be?

We are seeking a Front End Developer to join our core engineering team. Teams are explicitly small and built on mutual respect and high trust. It's not a fit for everyone, but when there's a fit, it’s one of the most rewarding places to work.

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Job Requirements:

You’ll thrive as a Front End Developer at StoryXpress if you:

• Have a good understanding of the core fundamentals of JavaScript
• Have 2+ years designing and implementing rich front-end experiences in React
• Are an expert in web technologies ( HTML5 | CSS3 | ES6 )
• Possess a thorough understanding of the MVC principle and JS design patterns
• Have experience with building user interfaces consuming data from REST APIs

Your application would be seriously prioritized if you:

• Are a self-starter: you have started something on your own before - a startup, an open-source project, something else.
• Experienced in building and/or maintaining chrome extensions
• Indulged in projects around Data Visualization
• UX design principles and frameworks
• Are acquainted with testing frameworks and performance measurement tools

Job Responsibilities:

• Having a proactive customer support approach
• Testing product features as assigned
• Build & strengthen customer relationships
• Lead scoring and qualification
• Manage incoming chats, emails and handle appropriate follow-up calls and emails
• Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction
• Demonstrate the value of the platform to our customers every day by providing amazing customer support
• Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed

Job Requirements:

• Excellence at Googling stuff and spoken English
• Ability to meet deadlines and decent depth of thought process
• Capable of operating without much supervision while still producing results
• Not being camera shy and great presentation skills

• Understanding the basics of customer support such as treating customers with respect, empathy, and understanding

• Building and scaling web products that directly impact our customers and partners.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement the same.
• Implement user interfaces in React alongside Node.js.
• Translate several RESTful data sources to be used in a front-end application.

Job Requirements:

• Should have minimum 2 years of experience in the respective field.
• Proficient knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, MySQL.
• You should know how to build scalable web apps.
• You should know how to build front-end components.
• Proficiency in JavaScript Development.
• Good understanding of micro-server architecture and REST API.
• Should be comfortable with HTML, CSS, and related technologies
• You should know why a framework is necessary.
• Proficient in code versioning tools like Git.

We're looking for an enthusiast Back End Developer who will be an integral part of the early StoryXpress team and can produce scalable solutions. The creativity and intelligence are much more essential to us than the experience with our stack.Thus, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, in order to strive for excellence!

Job Responsibilities:

Building and scaling web products that directly impact our customers or partners.

Translate several RESTful data sources to be used in a front-end application.

Dig into bugs and feature requests.

Monitor reliability and performance through dashboards and tools to ensure availability.

Help other engineers on the team and across StoryXpress.

Work with our team to engineer new growth initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Skills: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Express.js, MySQL, Git, Go
• Proficiency JavaScript developer.
• Should have a good understanding of micro-server architecture and REST API.
• Thorough understanding of MVC principles and JS design patterns. *Node.js, Express.js, MySQL should be thoroughly worked upon
• GIT, GitOps and standard versioning management tools should be known.
• Knowledge of User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.

• Knowledge of Go will be a big plus
• Experience with Redis and TypeScript would fetch you a brownie point
