DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Strategy: Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy, working with key stakeholders inside the marketing team and with adjacent functions (sales leadership, product marketing, marketing peers, and the different BU heads) to align objectives.
2. Acquisition: Find the most efficient techniques, channels and optimisations to support the marketing team to exceed targets for the high quality sales qualified leads.
3. Customer Journeys: Work closely with the customer to understand their journey, bring a growth hacking mindset to the role, optimize the conversion funnel.
4. Marketing Automation: Take ownership of the driving the marketing automation initiatives which may involve multiple software tools, to make every digital interaction count.
5. Team Management: Lead, motivate and nurture a team of talented digital experts, partnering with other global and regional teams to ensure we get the most out of a global and regional operating model.
6. Agency Management: Evaluate and partner with the best marketing agencies to accelerate ROI on our marketing spends and reduce the learning curves. Outsource as many tasks to agencies as possible to maintain a healthy balance between inhouse costs, Outsource costs, speed and quality of execution.
7. Content: Oversees content and social media marketing strategy, including thought leadership, brand building and demand generation campaigns to make sure latest trends are being followed.
8. Analysis: Tracking and reporting on key metrics and bring out insights for continuous improvement and driving big innovations.

Responsibilities
- Complete ownership of our web and mobile platform - from specification to design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Design and develop secure, scalable, performant and reliable systems.
- Create a framework of technical standards and procedures
- Collaborative work with other HR tech platforms to implement seamless integration.
- Rapid development and prototyping of new features.
Requirements
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or Mathematics 2 or more years of demonstrated successful experience in Full-Stack web development.
- Hands-on Experience with designing and building a high-quality front end for web applications.
- Experience with Node. JS, Angular JS, MongoDB, ExpressJS, NestJs, AWS(EC2, Route53, S3, CloudFront, Lambda), Docker, nginx.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with Typescript Basic understanding and exposure to GEN AI tech.
- Bonus: experience with CI/CD, and game development (phaser.js, three.js, play canvas, etc. )
- Ability to have smart technical conversations and defend hypotheses with factual data.
