The opportunity:
We’re looking to work with designers who can help us create digital assets across different brand and product moments. This is a short, fast-moving contract engagement where you’ll work on a variety of visual requirements based on your portfolio strengths and our weekly priorities.
Engagement details:
- Type: Contract (short-term)
- Duration: ~3 weeks (can extend up to 4 weeks depending on project needs)
- Start: ASAP
- Time commitment: Flexible — anywhere from 10 hrs/week to 40+ hrs/week (if you can do close to 9 hrs/day, even better)
- Location: Remote
What you’ll work on:
Based on your portfolio and strengths, you’ll create a mix of:
- Marketing creatives (ads, social posts, banners, carousels)
- Event posters / announcement creatives / campaign key visuals
- Adaptations and resizes across formats (story, feed, static banners, etc.)
- Visual concepts and design variations from references or brand direction
- Ad-hoc digital design needs that come up during the sprint
How the work will run
- We’ll align on a weekly scope and priorities
- You’ll receive briefs + references + use-cases up front
- Expect 1–2 review cycles per set of assets (quick turnaround)
- Deliverables are shared in a clean folder structure with clear naming
- Light WIP updates so feedback is fast and issues are caught early
What we’re looking for:
- Strong portfolio in digital design / marketing creatives / posters / brand-led visuals
- Expertise in Photoshop
- Ability to execute consistently (quality + speed + reliability)
- Strong eye for layout, typography, composition, and finishing
- Comfortable adapting to direction and creating variations quickly
- Detail-obsessed, deadline-respectful, and easy to collaborate with
🎨 Generative AI Artist (Visuals, Concepts & Experiments)
We’re looking for a Generative AI Artist who sits at the intersection of creativity and technology—someone who doesn’t just use AI tools, but pushes them. If prompts, styles, visual experimentation, and rapid creative iteration excite you, this role will feel right at home.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where ideas move quickly from concept to stunning visual output.
What you’ll do
- Create high-quality images, illustrations, concepts, and visual assets using generative AI tools
- Craft, refine, and optimize prompts to consistently achieve strong creative outputs
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to translate ideas into visuals
- Edit, enhance, and fine-tune AI-generated outputs using design tools
- Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction
- Actively experiment with new AI tools, styles, workflows, and techniques
- Manage multiple creative tasks while meeting tight timelines
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Nanobanana Pro, Kling AI, Runway ML, Higgsfield, Veo 3, Krea, Stable Diffusion, or similar
- Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals—composition, color, balance, and storytelling
- Ability to use Generative AI tools within Photoshop to manipulate and enhance existing imagery
- Proficiency with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalents
- Comfort translating abstract ideas into visually compelling outputs
- Experience with custom LoRA / style training or dataset preparation
- A portfolio that clearly showcases AI-generated and AI-edited work
