Key Requirements :

• 5+ Years of experience with UiPath RPA (Studio and Orchestrator) as an end-to-end automation developer.
• UiPath Professional Developer or Solutions Architect certification.
• Strong expertise in Agile project delivery methods and tools.
• Advanced skills in web scraping (e.g., Computer Vision, OCR) and API integrations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering and process analysis.
• Lead end-to-end RPA solution design, development, and delivery.
• Configure, test, and deploy integrations with internal and external databases.
• Develop and maintain documentation (e.g., PDD, SDD).
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure best practices (e.g., RE framework, naming conventions).
• Guide UiPath Orchestrator integration and deployment.
• Manage source code repositories (GIT) and REST API usage.
• Provide support for user testing, issue resolution, and customer relationship teams.

You will be our first marketing hire, and will be responsible for laying the foundation of our marketing DNA described above.

• Conceptualize from scratch our multi pronged marketing strategy - SEO (blog, newsletter), social media (linkedin, twitter), community, education (webinars, podcasts), partnerships etc
• Understand our user/buyer persona, empathize with them, conceptualize relevant content topics, and work with content writers to push high quality content on various platforms
• Identify the right keywords for Zenskar to optimize on - both head, and long tail
• Iterate to figure out the correct tone for our social media communication, and build relevant audience on social platforms
• Reach out to industry influencers, collaborate with them and organize webinars, podcasts etc with the intent to establish Zenskar as an authority in the industry
• Create a vibrant community of our user and buyer persona, with the intent to help solve the problems they face on a daily basis
• Hire as the team grows and mentor junior folks

Responsibilities:

• Content Writing: Draft insightful and compelling newsletters.
• Content Review: Ensure newsletters are grammatically correct, coherent, and adhere to our brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work with SEO and other content creators to produce articles that drive traffic.

Qualifications:

• Writing & Editing: Proven capability in writing and meticulously editing content.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring content is free from errors.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• AI-first approach: should be familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity.ai for writing, research, data analysis, summaries, grammar checking etc.

HR Manager - Renowned NGO (Pune)

- We are looking for a well-rounded HR Manager to lead the HR partnership across the 20+ project units.

- You will drive the initiatives/interventions towards culture building, talent management and learning and development for 200+ employees.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Recruitment ; Manage the recruitment, selection process, succession planning, budgeting, employer branding etc. as per the national expansion requirements.

- Employee lifecycle management ; Manage cyclical HR programs (onboarding to exit) around goal setting, performance management, compensation planning, employment engagement surveys, payroll, employee relations etc.
