we’re looking for a Designer-Developer who is creative, technically sharp, and eager to grow. You’ll build interfaces that look good, feel right, and work beautifully

What You’ll Do

• Design clean, modern interfaces in Figma.
• Build those designs into real products using React / Next.js.
• Experiment with AI tools to make experiences smarter and faster.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to ship great UI/UX.
• Contribute to our design system — consistent components, typography, and motion.
• Iterate quickly — learn, tweak, polish, and ship.

Desired qualifications include

• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React / Next.js ( Knowledge of Angular is a plus).
• Figma skills — auto-layout, component systems, prototyping.
• Familiarity with AI APIs / tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
• Understanding of responsive design and web performance.
• Version control experience (Git / GitHub).
• Portfolio that shows real work (side projects count!)

JOB SYNOPSIS

Role

Being a part of Products Engineering team, this member is expected to work with existing

development team. Key responsibilities of this role include design and development of PHP based applications as per the product roadmap. Coordinate with co-developers and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Experience

Around 4 years of experience in creating and implementing Web-based products using PHP,

MySQL, Ajax, and JavaScript.

Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced environment, and learn rapidly.

Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.

Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON.

Experience in any PHP framework Laravel, CodeIgniter or Zend.

Writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

Must have knowledge of project/task management tools like Jira,

Familiarity with Version Control Tortoise Bitbucket, Git etc.

Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility and web standards.

Good English communication skills, written and spoken.

Able to work with minimum supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet

Deadlines.

Desirable

Experience in working with Agile projects.

LINUX experience would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding requirements from the product manager and translating to technical specifications
• DB schema development
• API development (structuring REST endpoints + real-time endpoints like socket.io integration)
• Integrating 3rd party services for payments, email, whatsapp, and other such services
• Optimizing our current architecture & processes for scale (we expect usage to go up)
• Guiding junior developers on best coding practices

Requirements:

• Experience in at least one Python-based Web Framework like Flask or Django
• Experience in SQL databases & API design
• Experience with Docker
• Hands on experience in full lifecycle development and deployment of a platform/system
• Being a self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguous and high pressure scenarios working towards a common goal with other teams

• 4-10 years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience on large scale Data applications.
• Strong coding experience in Java is mandatory
• Good aptitude, strong problem solving abilities, and analytical skills, ability to take ownership as appropriate
• Should be able to do coding, debugging, performance tuning and deploying the apps to Prod.
• Should have good working experience on
• o Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Yarn, File formats like Avro/Parquet)
• o Kafka
• o J2EE Frameworks (Spring/Hibernate/REST)
• o Spark Streaming or any other streaming technology.
• Strong coding experience in Java is mandatory
• Ability to work on the sprint stories to completion along with Unit test case coverage.
• Experience working in Agile Methodology
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Knowledgeable (and preferred hands on) - UNIX environments, different continuous integration tools.
• Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals

• Take the complete responsibility of the sprint stories' execution
• Be accountable for the delivery of the tasks in the defined timelines with good quality.
• Follow the processes for project execution and delivery.
• Follow agile methodology
• Work with the team lead closely and contribute to the smooth delivery of the project.
• Understand/define the architecture and discuss the pros-cons of the same with the team
• Involve in the brainstorming sessions and suggest improvements in the architecture/design.
• Work with other team leads to get the architecture/design reviewed.
• Work with the clients and counter-parts (in US) of the project.
• Keep all the stakeholders updated about the project/task status/risks/issues if there are any.
