Responsibilities:

Full Stack Engineers at UnScript.AI are involved in all parts of the product life cycle: idea generation, design, planning, execution, and shipping. On day-to-day work, we create reliable, scalable and highly performant systems. A commitment to teamwork, hustle and good communication skills are our key requirements. As Full Stack Engineer, you will lead end-to-end development of modules with complete ownership of design, planning, coding & delivery.

• The Software Development Engineer's core responsibilities include working on highly maintainable and unit-tested software components/systems that address real-world problems.
• Ensure quality at every level be it problem-solving, design, code or bug fixes.
• Should be able to collaborate with product managers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sprints.
• Own and unblock users on production issues, able to troubleshoot and fix production issues on priority.

SKILL SETS REQUIRED: Kubernetes, AWS/any other cloud, NodeJS, JavaScript, React/Next, Design thinking, API Framework

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech or higher in Computer Science from a premier institute. (We are willing to waive this requirement if you are an exceptional programmer).

• You are a strong coder, Love to explore multiple languages and tech stacks; We are language-agnostic, and we love people who like to explore multiple stacks. We’re looking for people who can write clean, effective code.

• Building scalable & performant web systems with clear focus on reusable modules.

• You are comfortable in a high paced environment and can respond to urgent (and at times ambiguous) requests

• Ability to translate fuzzy business problems into technical problems & come up with design, estimates, planning, execution & deliver the solution independently.

Follow Agile development model to incrementally build out the applications with regular reviews with Product

• Knowledge in AWS would be great to have.

• Ability to work with databases, data pipelines.

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full stack developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

Full stack developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Full Stack web developer responsibilities:

We are looking for HTML Integrators, responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).

The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

 Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity)

Under general supervision, in a 24/7 inbound call center environment, Technical Support Representatives will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

• Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
• Working knowledge of networking, DSL, VDSL, VOIP, Cable internet, Router, switch, Sip configuration;
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, IPTV, VOIP, basic trouble shooting and more;
• Need to know only basic trouble shooting of Domestic routers, Mac ID and windows.
• Knowledge about DNS, Basic network trouble shooting
• Research required information using available resources;
• Follow standard processes and procedures;
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers
• Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;

Senior Technical Support Representative (Internet Connectivity)
For Level 1.2 Technicians:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree, and Major is related to Computer science or Networking.
• Understanding the DSL Technology and familiar with Modem/Router connections.
• Ability to read/speak/write English fluent and no accent issue for communication.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use the basic DOS Command for network trouble shooting.
• Ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer’s issues.
• Fast learner and always willing to follow up the request from Management.
• Backgrounds of networking trouble shoot.
• Working experience of Networking/VOIP service/IPTV.
• Ability to troubleshoot with DSL Modem/ Dual Band wifi Router Setup and configuration.

• Technical Engineer/Senior Level Technician of Network system/popular VOIP System Such as: Avaya Phone System or Jadoo TV System support.
• Certificate of: CCNA or CCNP.
