Summary: The General Manager – Production will lead the overall production function of the Elastic Plant in Goa, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality output. 1. Production Planning & Execution

3. Quality Control & Compliance

4. Cost Optimization
• Monitor production costs and control wastage of raw materials, utilities, and manpower.

• Lead and manage production supervisors, line managers, and floor staff.
• Define roles, set individual KPIs, monitor performance, and provide developmental feedback.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Degree in Mechanical/Textile/Industrial Engineering or related discipline. Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience: 12–15 years in production/manufacturing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Industry Preference: Elastic/Narrow Fabric, Textile, Garments, or Process Manufacturing.
