Enterprise Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities
• Manage client documentation, trackers, timelines, and operational workflows
• Serve as a point of contact for operational queries and client coordination
• Support account management activities to ensure smooth ongoing engagement
• Generate utilization reports, engagement dashboards, and client-ready summaries
• Analyze user engagement trends, participation data, and operational metrics
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business review reports for clients
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across operational processes
• Coordinate with internal teams, experts, and external partners/vendors
• Monitor operational efficiency and identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain operational SOPs, trackers, and documentation
• Resolve client and user operational queries within defined timelines

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Admin Support 

• Help the sales team with daily tasks 

• Manage their meetings, travel plans, and appointments 

• Prepare and share sales reports, proposals, and presentations 

2. Customer Support 

• Keep customer records and databases updated 

• Answer customer questions and resolve their issues politely 

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments 

3. Sales Coordination 

• Manage the sales process from order to delivery 

• Ensure orders are handled correctly and on time 

• Check stock levels and ensure product availability 

4. Telecalling & Lead Generation 

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services 

• Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms 

• Maintain a database of prospects and track follow-ups 

• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with interested leads 

• Work towards achieving lead generation and conversion targets 

5. Communication & Teamwork 

• Coordinate with departments like marketing, accounts, and logistics 

• Ensure smooth communication within the team and with clients 

• Support in planning meetings, events, and exhibitions 

6. Data Handling & Reports  

• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends 

• Assist in preparing sales targets and budgets 

• Generate reports to support business planning 

Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field 

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (sales support/telecalling) 

Skills Required: 

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Good convincing and negotiation skills 

Ability to handle telecalling and lead conversion 

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Tech Stack: Power BI, DAX, SQL, Microsoft Fabric

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on fintech solutions and a strong understanding of fraud prevention and AML strategies.
• Expertise in Typescript, ReactJs, and familiarity with Python.
• Proven experience with SQL databases and cloud services (AWS or Azure), with certifications in these areas being a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement secure, high-performance software architectures in the fintech domain.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving excellence.

The AWS Cloud/Devops Engineer will be working with the engineering team and focusing on AWS infrastructure and automation.  A key part of the role is championing and leading infrastructure as code.  The Engineer will work closely with the Manager of Operations and Devops to build, manage and automate our AWS infrastructure. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS
• Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
• Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code
• Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
• Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
• Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems
• Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization

Qualifications:

Job Description

• Have five or more years of experience as a mobile software engineer
• Have deep knowledge of iOS development with Objective-C and/or Swift or deep knowledge of Android development with Java/Kotlin
