Budget - INR 30,000 / 35,000 per month
SCOPE OF WORK
- Lead design efforts in developing new product related to defence. Follow all Product Development Phases required to bring concepts into production with supervision from Manager. Prepare presentation material for design reviews and customer meetings.
- Guide and direct activities of the multifunctional team(s) according to priorities set by Engineering management.
- Evaluate customer requirements to develop technical assumptions and requirements that provide an outline for project scope, planning and quoting activities. Create Design FMEA, execute risk-mitigating actions from DFMEA, and update DFMEA accordingly. Responsible for design/product validation plan and report. Supports cross-functional feasibility reviews of new products.
- Confirm product design intent. Perform stack studies and other analyses required from DFMEA to reduce and eliminate failure modes from designs before tool release. Check manufacturing drawings for completeness and accuracy. Perform engineering tests and submit products for screening and qualification testing in the reliability lab.
- Coordinate new product development, debug and release. Follow all product development steps, and supply tooling groups with necessary drawings for quoting and tool build. Assist and support manufacturing in the debug process. Responsible for follow-up, documentation, publishing and expediting all action items of a new product program.
- Prepare and follow engineering change requests (ECR) per document control procedures. Support other engineers in department by checking drawings and providing mark-up for corrections.
- Produce suitable manufacturing drawings and employ accepted GD&T methodology.
- Interface with internal departments (manufacturing, quality, lab, sales and marketing) to ensure design objectives are met in a timely manner and assist by providing product information, engineering samples and technical advice. Also interface with suppliers and customers.
- Support product with continuous improvement and support resolution of customer issues.
- Support to Process Design and Quality activities if required.
- Support to PFMEA / Control Plan.

Purpose of the job
Responsible for all day-to-day activities supporting the improvement of organizational effectiveness by working with extended teams & functions to
develop & implement; high-quality reports, dashboards and performance indicators for the PEL Division.
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
1. Responsible for data modeling and analysis.
2. Responsible for deep data dives and extremely detailed analysis of various data points collected during the need identification phase.
Organize and present data to line management for appropriate guidance and subsequent process mapping.
3. Responsible for rigorous periodic reviews of various individual, functional, business unit, and group metrics and indicators of success.
Through but not limited to – key productivity indicators, result areas, heath meter, performance goals etc. Report results to line
management and support the decision-making process.
4. Responsible for the development of high-quality analytical reports, and training packs.
5. Responsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, financial objectives, KPIs and attainment thereof.
Other tasks:
1. Promoting The Group Values, Code of Conduct and associated policies
2. Participating and providing positive contributions to technical, commercial, planning, safety and quality performance of the organization
and by Client, Contractual, and regulatory requirements
3. Visiting Sites and Project locations to discuss operational aspects and carry out training.
4. Undertaking any other responsibilities as directed and mutually agreed with the Line Management.

Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Masters (preferred)
Professional Certifications • Certifications related to Data Analyst or Data Scientist (preferred)
Skills
• Advanced Excel, Macros, & MS Power Query and MS Power BI, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
• Knowledge of Python, M Code and DAX is a plus
• Data management, Bigdata, Data analysis
• Attention to details and strong analytical skills.

• 7 years overall professional experience
Language
• English (fluent)
