What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end data science projects from scoping to deployment, ensuring accuracy, reliability and measurable business impact
• Translate business needs into actionable DS tasks, lead data wrangling, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders to guide decisions while mentoring a 14 member DS team.
• Implement scalable MLOps, automated pipelines, and reusable frameworks to accelerate delivery and experimentation

What we’re looking for

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science/ML with strong foundations in statistics, Linear Algebra, and optimization
• Proficient in Python (NumbPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost) and experienced with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Skilled in building data pipelines (Airflow, Spark) and deploying models using Docker, FastAPI, etc
• Adept at communicating insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s from any field

You might have an edge over others if

• Experience with LLMs or GenAI apps
• Contributions to open-source or published research
• Exposure to real-time analytics and industrial datasets

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination

• Attend meetings and assist in determining project documentation requirements.
• Plan project progress by defining sub-goals, milestones, tasks, time, and resource planning.
• Cooperate in setting benchmark figures for project implementation and decision-making.
• Use project scheduling and control tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to monitor project plans, work hours, and task progress.
• Plan personnel utilization, determine responsibilities, and create a personnel plan.

Project Administration and Documentation

• Provide project administration support and monitor project requirements.
• Create and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and ensure they are shared with stakeholders.
• Document project progress, including maintaining a project log and project file.
• Maintain a Contract Execution Tracking Log to ensure client requirements are met on time.
• Document problems and resolutions for future reference.

Progress Tracking and Reporting

• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by the team and escalate priority issues as needed.
• Monitor project risks and hazards, taking appropriate measures for avoidance.
• Effectively communicate project updates to clients and the internal team, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
• Track and follow up on pending approvals from clients, especially those related to UX or design decisions.

Team Support and Mentorship

• Manage personnel responsible for project tasks, including holding regular work meetings, motivating staff, and managing conflicts and crises.
• Mentor and ensure the team continually strives for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Understand the functionality of the application being developed and keep the team updated.
• Maintain consistency in icons, fonts, styles, and functionalities across projects.

Technical Involvement

• Analyse user specifications and requirements to convert them into wireframes or actionable tasks.
• Estimate deliverables and ensure they are delivered on time.
• Assist with technical understanding of application functionality, ensuring alignment with client needs.

We are seeking a highly motivated OSINT Analyst Intern with a potential Pre-Placement Offer (based on performance) to join our Cyber Intelligence Team. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and reporting on publicly available data to support cyber investigations, threat intelligence, and profiling tasks. Ideal for individuals passionate about intelligence gathering, social media analysis, and digital profiling.

Responsibilities:

• Perform open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations using usernames, emails, phone numbers, and social media footprints.

• Utilize Google Dorking techniques to extract sensitive or hidden data from public sources.

• Perform social media intelligence (SOCMINT) to analyze behavioral patterns, networks, and digital presence.

• Investigate mobile numbers using OSINT tools to identify user identities and digital trails.

• Assist in email-based investigations, including tracing sources, compromise checks, and breach analysis.

• Maintain strict operational security (OPSEC) during intelligence collection and investigations.

• Support the generation of intelligence reports, profiling documents, and threat landscape summaries.

• Stay updated on geopolitical issues, regional conflicts, and their cybersecurity implications (preferred).

Required Skills:

• 2+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• Spring Boot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relational Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) or MongoDB (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Good at problem solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in using Java
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 Years of experience in Backend Development.
• Must have experience in Python (FLASK framework).
• Have a Deep understanding of how RESTful APIs work.
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns that can work at scale.
• Sound knowledge of NoSQL/SQL Databases (Mongo DB preferred).
• Strong experience with at-Cloud technology, preferably AWS or GCP, or Azure.
• Core experience in developing complex backend systems.
• Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about application scalability, availability, reliability, and security.
