About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our partnerships and reseller initiatives. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing companies or individuals who can resell our services to their clients or acquaintances.

This role is highly entrepreneurial and requires a strong mix of relationship management, strategic thinking, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and approach potential partners, agencies, and businesses that can act as resellers for our services.

● Develop and implement a structured partnership and reseller program to maximize reach and revenue.

● Build strong, long-term relationships with reseller partners and act as their primary point of contact.

● Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements, and revenue-sharing models.

● Enable and support partners with the right sales collaterals, training, and go-to-market strategies.

● Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to ensure partners are well-supported.

● Track, measure, and report on partnership performance, driving continuous improvement and higher ROI.

● Represent the company at networking events, industry meetups, and conferences to strengthen partner networks.

Key Requirements

● Proven experience (4–8 years) in Business Development, Channel Sales,

Strategic Partnerships, or Reseller Development.

● Strong network within industries like fintech, IT services, consulting, etc.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partnership pipelines simultaneously.

● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with revenue accountability.

● Knowledge of Web 3 products would be an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester with 5 to 7 years of experience and expertise

in the banking domain. The candidate will be responsible for testing ETL processes,

ensuring data quality, and validating data flows in large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and execute ETL test cases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

 Perform data validation using complex SQL queries.

 Collaborate with business analysts to define testing requirements.

 Track defects and work with developers to resolve issues.

 Conduct performance testing for ETL processes.

 Banking Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking processes such as

payments, loans, credit, accounts, and regulatory reporting.

Required Skills:

Primary:

• Responsible for security road map for EPDM application
• Train the CI-CD team on the required technologies security adoptation
• Lead the upskill program within the team
• Support Application architect with right inputs on security processes and tools
• Help setup DevSecOps for EPDM.

Secondary:

Skills:

Mandatory skill:

QA Engineer Roles & Responsibilities 

Your primary responsibility will be to run various tests from the test-suite on new software releases to ensure that it satisfies all specifications and requirements as well as free from any bugs. 

Once issues have been resolved, You will run additional tests to make sure the issues are resolved before the new release is pushed to production. 

1. Thoroughly testing new releases to find bugs or design issues. 
2. Identifying bugs in new releases and understanding how to resolve them
3. Creating issues for these bugs and with steps on how to re-produce them.
4. Ensuring that new software products are ready for consumer use
5. Working with development teams to prevent issues with new products

We are looking for a Backend Developer who has hands-on experience in coding, building technology blocks, help answer choice of certain platform/tech over others, help the team visualise the product with the available resources and assets. 

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and test functionality for the latest app design.
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features.
• Take requirements and specs from design to development and be the first line of quality assurance.
• Understand user requirements—these apps have to meet real-world scenarios.
• Support the Supersub Mobile application in its entirety, including working on bug fixes and improving application performance, reliability and stability.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in building Java, Node JS applications. 
• Experience in Building Robust REST APIs Using MEAN or MERN Stack. 
• Good programming skills, with the ability to Perform UI testing, Debugging Taking the ownership of the complete lifecycle of a product. 
• Solid experience with Unit Testing. 
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) 
• Experience with deploying the code in AWS or AZURE is a plus. 
• Ability to write clean code and document the same to develop functional APIs and Admin Panel.
