• Develop new Leads of Industries who can install solar
• Develop strong relationships with the different stakeholders in these industries
• Generate proposals, offers
• Conduct negotiations with prospective customers
• Close orders with prospective customers
• Work with the Products team to better mold the product as per the customers requirements
• Hand hold a customer in their transition to renewable energy

Preferred candidate profile

• Past work experience as a sales executive / manager in an EPC company / project developer
• First hand knowledge of Rooftop Solar
• Strong Industry connects to be able to work independently
• Bachelors Degree in associated field
• Comfortable with travelling over night to visit the site if required

• 4-5 years of experience in functional automation tools and frameworks (mandatory).
• Experience with the Playwright automation tool (desirable)
• Analyze logs generated from monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, Kibana for troubleshooting and debugging service failures.
• Perform database validation using appropriate queries to verify data integrity in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Work effectively within an Agile development methodology and participate in ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement etc.
• Identify and report bugs and defects using a bug tracking tool.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
• Learn API automation and contribute to API automation deliveries.

What specific responsibilities would you undertake in the Business Development

role?

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Taking the lead in driving inquiries and admissions for the online learning programs

provided by HeyCoach.

● Overseeing the complete sales life cycle, which includes engaging with a substantial

number of qualified leads and guiding them through the enrollment process until final

conversion.

● Providing counseling and guidance to experienced professionals through phone or

email interactions, assisting them in identifying courses that align with their career

progression, and recommending the most suitable options.

What are the desirable qualifications and skills as well as the essential requirements

for this role?

Desirable Qualifications

● Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with technology-driven products and

solutions.

● Prior experience in successfully handling sales or business development with deals

or transactions of a value exceeding 20,000 units of currency.

Essential requirements

● A minimum of 1-6 years of experience in the EdTech industry business-to-consumer

(B2C) sales.

● Demonstrating excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English

communication is essential, knowing regional languages will be the cherry on the

cake.

● Having basic knowledge or preliminary experience with Customer Relationship

Management (CRM) systems is preferred.

Qualifications:

BTech/BE in computer science, electrical, electronics or related fields 5+ years of full stack design and development experience High emotional intelligence, empathy and collaborative approach. Experience in Angular Javascript frameworks, CSS, HTML5, NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB to handle full stack web development. Responsibilities:

Develop web applications covering end to end software development life cycle right from writing UI code using Angular to backend API code using NodeJS and managing databases like MongoDB, MySQL, etc. Involved in full stack code management from Git check-ins to running automated builds and deployments using DevOps practices to deploy to public cloud services like AWS, Azure, Heroku, etc. Handling full-stack web development workflow right from front end to backend to CI/CD workflows. Role: As a part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the mobile App development end-to-end. In this role, you will be working to find creative solutions that improve our customer’s experience and brand reputation when facing technical issues on the platform.
