You will be the architect translating complex AI-native capabilities into empathetic, high-impact solutions for global engineering teams.

THE PILLARS OF IMPACT

🚀 1. Solution Design & Discovery (50%)  

• Lead technical discovery to diagnose customer pain points and map them to autonomous QE workflows.
• Architect and deliver high-stakes product demonstrations that prove the ROI of Agentic Intelligence.
• Design bespoke technical roadmaps that integrate TestMu AI into complex enterprise SDLCs. 
• Build deep trust with prospects by demonstrating a "solution-first" rather than "feature-first" approach.

⚙️ 2. Technical Validation & Trial Success (30%)

• Own the end-to-end technical POC lifecycle, ensuring prospects achieve "aha" moments through successful trials. 
• Troubleshoot automation framework migrations and environment configurations (Web, Mobile, API) in real-time. 
• Act as the technical pivot point, ensuring every trial meets its defined success criteria for deal closure.

🧠 3. Market Intel & Product Influence (20%)

• Synthesize technical customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering squads.
• Develop competitive playbooks that highlight TestMu AI’s edge over legacy automation frameworks.
• Enable the broader Sales team by creating "gold standard" demo environments and technical documentation

Job Title: Freelance Full Stack Developer Trainer

Location: Thrissur, Kerala (On-site)

Duration: 5 Days

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer Trainer to conduct an intensive, hands-on training program for students/professionals in Thrissur. The trainer will deliver engaging sessions covering both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring participants gain practical and industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 5 days of classroom-based, hands-on training (6 hours/day).
• Deliver sessions on Full Stack Web Development (MERN / MEAN / Java / Python stack – depending on expertise).
• Explain fundamental and advanced concepts with real-world examples and projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance during coding exercises and assignments.
• Prepare short assessments and review participants’ progress.

Company Description

We are an SF-based stealth mode AI startup, building AI agents and automation tools for Marketing use-cases. We are ex-Big Tech, currently bootstrapped and working with a few design partners/early customers. We will be starting a fundraise in Q3 2024.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Founding Engineer (first engineering hire). This is an equity-only role, meaning compensation will be in the form of equity rather than a salary.

This role will be 30% applied research and 70% product engineering. The expectation is that you will be able to commit 15 hours per week for this role to begin with.

Requirements

• Knowledge of gen-AI systems (LLMs, model training/fine-tuning, agent frameworks, evaluation frameworks, vector DBs, RAG, etc)
• Experience in building and scaling backend systems and infrastructure
• Strong generalist, skilled with Python, cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Job Description:

QA automation is a key component of Kaplan's ability to quickly launch high-quality, innovative education products to our students. As an integral member of a cross-functional Agile team, you will use industry-standard tools and frameworks to conduct functional and performance testing on web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.

In this role you will:

• Develop automated mobile application test scripts that are robust, performant, and maintainable using Appium, Espresso, XCUITest or other tools.
• Ensure that applications and APIs developed by the team are reliable and meet user’s needs
• Work closely with developers, designers, and devops to meet team commitments
• Manage the timeline and status of the software release process
• Work with the Tech Lead to improve software development and quality assurance processes
• Provide the product owner with information they need to prioritize features (e.g., effort estimates, alternatives, technical risk)

Role & Responsibility

As a Backend Developer, You will be involved in all aspects of development playing a critical role in the design, planning, development, and deployment and help develop best practices for future development. You will be working closely with Tech, Design and Quality team to build and launch the product.

• Code, develop, design and architect features related to the existing application. We expect you to own modules end to end and take pride in the work products you ship
• Design, implement and maintain highly scalable, multi-tier, distributed server software applications
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and release products
• Take responsibility for performance and stability for all server functions

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, preferably from IITs/Top RECs
