Experience: Senior Hardware Engineer 4-7 years

Mandatory:

• Responsible for safety electronics hardware product from requirement till validation with certification body
• Design experience on Digital circuits, Analog circuits and microcontroller based design
• Experience/exposure on board bring-up testing, prototype testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience/exposure on Circuit simulation tools such as PSPICE, LTSpice and able to perform reviews
• Knowledge of schematic capture tools like Mentor Graphics DxDesigner and able to perform reviews
• Perform MATHCAD calculation (i.e. in excel or tool) based on hardware design and able to perform reviews
• Contributes to electronics hardware related functionality safety reviews
• Designs multilayer boards and worked on board stack up products
• Planning, Design, Analysis, Compliance / Precompliance Testing and Manufacturing of electronic board(s), product(s) with system understanding.
• Works closely with other engineering disciplines (e.g. mechatronics, internal and external industrial engineering, technical sales towards customer) to ensure quality, to fulfill the requirements and to reach target costs.
• Provides life cycle analysis of electronic components and suggest alternate for replacement
• Creates hardware documentation e.g. BOM, design and test specifications
• Performs activities after serial launch, e.g. change and obsolescence management.
• Good understanding of variety of electronic components and their function
• Understanding of PCB layout and able to perform Layout review

Desirable:

• Carryout FMEA/DFMEA analysis.
• Is responsible for product safety
• Requirement Engineering Certifications like CPRE
• Consults in commissioning products in the field, in order to support responsible Engineer

Our Campus Ambassador position is designed for motivated and proactive individuals passionate about promoting educational initiatives on campus. Ambassadors will:

• Act as the official representative of The Pro Educator and its programs within your university.
• Serve as the primary liaison between The Pro Educator and your campus community.
• Coordinate promotional events (both physical and virtual), workshops, webinars, and outreach efforts.
• Leverage your social media presence—Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram groups, group chats, etc.—to drive awareness and registrations.
• Identify and engage with target student groups—such as engineering, business, and design cohorts—to promote relevant initiatives.
• Share structured performance reports regularly, including referral counts, event participation, and audience reach insights.
• Collaborate on generating short content such as posts, stories, reels, or videos to highlight The Pro Educator’s offerings and student success stories.

We’re looking for a highly technical individual, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and is comfortable working closely with customers. 

Work Location

This role will be based remotely in Hyderabad / Bangalore and requires a frequent travel for short trips to customer site during the working week once the restriction are lifted. 

• Excellent analytical, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
• High motivation for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions
• Confidence speaking and presenting in a collaborative customer setting
• 5+ years of software development/consulting/support experience, preferably in a number of distinct industries/verticals
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations
• Competence in at least one of the following languages (in no particular order): Java, C#, Python, Node.js (JavaScript), Ruby, Go.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning knowledge is a plus
• Should have the strong capability with, minimally, both English and any local language - as necessary

As a core member of the MongoDB Professional Services team, you will

• Contribute to customer implementations at any or all phases of the application lifecycle: portfolio assessment, application planning, and design, deployment architectures, development and build, integration and release configuration, system testing, production operations, application optimisation, and best practices adoption
• Deliver customer classroom-based training to architect, developer, and operations roles
• Work as part of a wider delivery team comprising fellow consulting engineers, project managers, and account teams
• Cultivate your individual MongoDB reputation as a trusted advisor to guide MongoDB and our customers into the future
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the direction of the MongoDB product roadmap

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge in creating a flow diagram for each product and process covered by Food Safety Management System
• Experience in reviewing all rejections by food inspector/quality officers and in submissions of reports
• Willingness to work 6 days as one rotational off either on Monday or Sunday
• Lead Auditor Training Certificate or work experience as FSTL or Food Safety Team Member

We are looking for a JavaScript Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of
programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user
interactions. You will work with both front-end and back-end web developers to build all client-side logic. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.
