Business Development Intern

Subject Matter Expert also referred to as SME, is a person who has special skills or knowledge on a particular job or topic. An SME is considered an expert on a certain topic – not only educated on the subject but has the capacity to share their knowledge with other team members.

Qualification for SME Insurance:

1. 3-5 experience in the insurance industry
2. Experience in insurance products (all products including life, health & general) and processes and the insurance industry chain
3. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
4. English: Fluent

Roles and responsibilities

1. Strong Process & product knowledge of the Insurance products
2. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Offer solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
3. Responsible for facilitating OJT for the new joiners on all Insurance related products and processes. 
4. Help in designing a best-in-class customer support and engagement journey for insurance products.
5. Liaise with different stakeholders/partners for quicker resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
6. Ability to take ownership and work for early resolution and closure of customer issues.
7. Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
8. Proactive in highlighting/ escalating issues/ concerns/ Areas Of Improvements/ opportunities to the leadership team to get their help as and when needed
9. Handling and monitoring of all complaints received through all mediums through tracking in defined TATs
10. Ensure that complaint closure quality (RCA) is tracked closely by ensuring first understanding all the issues highlighted by the customer. Maintenance of all RCAs and process improvements undertaken for relevant complaints
11. Keeping up to date with all the regulatory requirements and changes in the Insurance industry

Skill required:)

• Expert in writing clean, test-driven, easily maintainable, and modular code.
• Having a good working knowledge of database design and maintenance.
• Able to build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Knowing troubleshooting and debugging applications is essential.
• Should have great performance in UI or backend tests to optimize performance.
• Capable of designing and developing web applications for the PHP platform (Laravel)
• Preferred to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Able to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications.
• Having sound working knowledge of identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs.
• Able to work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Able to constantly discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Business development managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. Responsible for Digital marketing service sales, Digital services such as SEO,SMM, websites, mobile applications,paid campaigns, affiliate marketing etc.

- Contacting potential clients to establish and arrange meetings.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Experience : 4 Years and above Designation : .Net Developer Location: Navi Mumbai Skills required • Comprehensive understanding of the .NET Framework. • Understanding of Object-Oriented Development • Knowledge in Angular JS will be an added advantage • Good Concept in Jquery, oops • Comprehensive understanding of developing scalable applications with NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2010/2008, C#, ASP.NET, WCF Web Services, and Entity Framework. • Understand UML notations (class diagrams, sequence diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, activity diagrams, etc.) • Experience in building multi-tier, transactional web applications with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA). • Experience in design and optimize LinqToEntity / LinqToObejct / LinqToXML / SQL queries. • Experience of Unit test tools like (N-Unit/Ms Unit) for code quality metrics. • An understanding of Design Patterns (GOF) concepts is preferred. • Working knowledge of Enterprise Architect and TFS is highly desirable. • Understanding of Agile/Iterative development methodologies is highly desirable. • Experience with Test-Driven Development is highly desirable. Desired Candidate profile:

• 5+ years of Embedded/Linux SW Development relevant Experience in Embedded C++. 
• Expert knowledge in writing software for embedded Systems (Embedded C++ language).
• Experience on OTA would be an added advantage
• Work experience in software development on bare metal, RTOS or Internal Linux. 
• Work experience in developing firmware for 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers (ARM, RISC etc)

• Bootloader and software update concepts.
