Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Associate who is driven, curious and comfortable with outbound sales. You will work closely with the leadership and sales team to identify potential customers, initiate conversations with decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline.
This is a high-ownership role where you will get exposure to B2B SaaS sales, Conversational AI, FinTech and enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers across NBFCs, banks, fintechs and lending companies
- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through outbound channels
- Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels
- Connect with CXOs, business heads, collections heads, customer experience teams and other relevant decision-makers
- Understand prospect requirements and identify relevant use cases for Reconect.ai
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in CRM
- Work closely with the sales and leadership team on account research, proposals and follow-ups
- Track outreach metrics and continuously improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on Gen AI, Conversational AI, FinTech and lending industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development or SaaS sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting
- Ability to speak confidently with senior stakeholders
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Highly driven and comfortable working with targets
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technology products and explain their business value
- Experience selling SaaS, FinTech, Gen AI or enterprise technology will be an advantage

- Prior experience with Git/GitHub is a plus.
Nice-to-Have (Optional but a Plus)
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
- Exposure to UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
