Key responsibility areas of a Sr. Copywriter:

1. Develop content ideas and strategies for assigned brands

2. Ensure the smooth execution of content strategies

3. Create high-quality and engaging copies for digital platforms

4. Ensure the content aligns with the brand voice and messaging strategy

5. Develop and implement effective copywriting strategies to meet client objectives and campaign goals

6. Coordinate internally and externally for project completion

7. Conduct research and gather information for existing and new projects

8. Develop content guidelines for all assigned brands

9. Set processes for smooth workflow and adherence to existing structures

10.Responsibly and effectively handle client questions for allocated brands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience working in an IT environment
• At least 6-8 years of experience as a developer.
• Experience leading complex projects/tasks
• Strong hands-on experience with a variety of code, interface, API, and database concepts
• Experience in full project life cycle development for systems and applications
• Experience integrating and customizing business applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels, from junior developers to senior managers and business customers
• A strong desire to learn the latest technologies and the ability to acquire knowledge quickly
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, .NET, C#, Java, PHP, PowerShell, and Regex

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

Job Summary :

      As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of software components all the way to production. In this position you will partner with our globally distributed cross-functional teams, product managers and other internal stakeholders. This position requires understanding business & technical requirements, designing clean solutions, implementing them and managing these systems. A key aspect of the role is to understand the digital commerce businesses part of KBX and implement technology systems that favourably align with business initiatives and requirements. • Since Pepper is a content company, you will work on many interesting text based problems. Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing techniques with Deep Learning is a must for this role.
• Familiarity with the popular NLP applications and text representation architectures & techniques: text classification, machine translation, named entity recognition, summarisation, question answering, zero-shot learning etc.  Bag of Words, TF-IDF, Word2vec, GloVe, BERT, ELMo, GPT etc.
• Experience with ML frameworks (like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch) & libraries like Sklearn.
• Experience with ML infrastructure & shipping models.
• Excellent programming & algorithmic skills. Good understanding of Data Structures and algorithms (fluent in at least one object oriented programming language). Proficiency in Python is a must.
