Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in traditional design tools and emerging AI-based design tools. The ideal candidate should be able to create compelling visual assets across digital, print, and presentation platforms while leveraging AI for faster and smarter design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital and print materials including brochures, banners, ads, and social media creatives.
• Build engaging and brand-consistent PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations.
• Work on branding projects including logo, typography, and visual style development.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, or similar) to enhance creativity and improve design efficiency.
• Apply gamma correction and color adjustments to ensure visual consistency across screens.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to translate ideas into design concepts.
• Create UI/UX prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and visual accuracy.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
• Proven experience designing presentations that are clear, modern, and visually impactful.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., generative art, image enhancement, layout suggestions).
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, Canva Animation).
• Solid organizational and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Canva and its AI features.
• Understanding of print production standards (CMYK, DPI, bleed).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.

KEY DUTIES

• Independently own and resolve high-priority or complex customer issues with minimal supervision
• Reproduce and analyze product defects using advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools
• Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and drive timely resolution of defects
• Identify trends in escalations and provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience
• Document investigation findings, root causes, and resolution steps clearly for both internal and external audiences
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Represent the escalation team in product reviews or defect triage meetings
• Build subject matter expertise in specific products or components
• Mentor and assist junior team members by reviewing their investigations and coaching through complex cases

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Typically requires 3–6 years of technical experience in a support, development, or escalation role
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Proficient in debugging tools, logs, and test environments
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex issues and drive them to closure
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, Agile environment
• Proficiency with relevant scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — especially when engaging with customers in critical or escalated situations
