About the role:
The ideal candidate will lead a team and be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances between our company and external organizations and also will be responsible for the placement of our learners in various top tier organizations. With a focus on driving growth, this position requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the company's objectives and market landscape. The candidate should have strong negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills to be
able to work around any situation and come with an outcome which is in the best interest of our organization. As this is a lead position, the ideal candidate should have leadership and management skills along with emotional intelligence to guide the team to be able to come up with outcomes, for the betterment of our learners.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage Team: Lead and mentor a team of KAMs and Placement Associates, driving successful learner placements and ensuring team alignment with goals.
Client Acquisition & Growth: Acquire new clients (companies with relevant tech stacks) and develop long-term partnerships to drive consistent business growth.
Relationship Building & Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and delivering value.
Learner-Client Matching: Map learners to appropriate roles in client organizations based on their skills and client requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage internal and external
stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams.
Pipeline Monitoring & Follow-Up: Monitor and track the placement pipelines of learners, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
Customer Service & Market Analysis: Provide exceptional customer service, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies for better outcomes.
Reporting & Data Insights: Provide regular reports on placement activities and share data-driven insights with senior management.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in B2B Placement, Corporate relationship manager, KAM, and client acquisition, with 2+ year in team leading.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Client Management: Proven ability to manage premium clients and drive business growth.

Experience & Skills Required
Previously worked in any MNC for at least 6 months or worked in Top brand Engineering Colleges / universities for at least 2 years in placement division .
- Excellent communication and Drafting skills related to placement to industries
- Awareness of Trending Technologies .
- Ready to Visit companies in Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune
- Must have knowledge of recruitment pattern of product based companies .
- Ready to take challenge of placement even in recession , who can see the rising SUN behind the clouds before others .
- Impressive Personality with the capability of convincing others with SWOT analysis .
