Business Development Manager

• Mandatory (Backend Skillset) – Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java / Node.js / Go / Python (any 1).
• Mandatory (Frontend Skillset) – Must have experience or familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue.
• Mandatory (Mentoring Skillset) – Must have at least 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring a team of software engineers.

Responsibilities:

   Understanding the server architecture and design pattern

   Developing features to enhance the user experience

   Building reusable code for future use

   Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability

   Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages

   Developing Web services (WEB API) & Windows services

   Developing application development skills utilizing .NET, HTML, JavaScript, Angular

Requirements:

   Must have past experience as full stack developer working on .NET  

   Overall Experience Level: 3 to 8 Years

   Database experience with MS SQL

   Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery

   Understanding of server-side CSS

   Understands Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS)

   Expertise in Entity Framework and LINQ for interaction with database

   Expertise in SQL Stored procedures development.

   AJAX Javascript libraries such as jQuery

Software Engineer for Java

• Understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Strong with Java programming and Java Servlets.
• Proficient in API design and development using RESTful services (JSON, XML etc)
• Source code management using GIT
• Knowledge in Mongo DB and SQL or any equivalent No-SQL and Relational databases. 
• Experience working with Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery & HTML would be preferred.
• Experience in Node JS would be an added advantage.

Candidate should be excellent in oracle Finance techno functional role ( oracle apps) with EBS + Finance modules ( AP+AR+GL) + Insurance domain + Production application support project specifically in UAE based project experience.

• Experience in Oracle EBS (Technical) with R12 release.
• • Very good knowledge of R12 financial table structure.
• • Good Hands on Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, Oracle reports, Oracle form. OAF/ADF, BI publisher reports, Shell scripting.
• • . Should have good Analytical and debugging skills.
• • Should have development experience in the EBS environment in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow (RICEW) and Forms deliverables.
• • Experience in P2P, Oracle General Ledger (GL), Account Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and System administrator modules.

• You are expected to drive the products to maximize its business impact and customer delight.
• You are expected to stay on top of tech innovations in the Web development space, experiment them and make suitable suggestions to enhance tech stack. Research and propose software programs that are compatible with future technologies.

• Design and implement Single Page Applications (SPAs) using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Integrating data from various back-end services
• Develop a simple-to-use user interface for a complex product, apply new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns
• Contribute to end-to-end system architecture, working with/as cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with UX teams, product managers and other technical teams to create optimized and delightful user experiences
• Apply expertise of HTML5, bootstrap/foundation CSS frameworks
• Analyze the performance of layers in the frontend, backend and engineer designs/code to solve them
• Work with the product team to build flow and detail out the requirements
• Conversant with development for desktop and mobile browsers and hybrid apps.
