About the internship
Role: Customer Support Intern (Hybrid, 6 Days Working)
We are hiring Customer Support Interns for a 3-month internship (stipend: INR 10,000/month) followed by a PPO (salary: INR 20,000/month) with a 1-year lock-in period (including internship).
Work Mode: Hybrid, 6 days/week (4 days office: Gurugram, 2 days remote). Open to Delhi NCR candidates only.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve operational and runtime issues with effective solutions.
2. Client Support: Manage menu updates, reports, and backend tasks to meet client needs.
3. Collaboration: Coordinate with teams (product, sales, support) for seamless resolutions.
4. Operational Queries: Address and resolve internal and external queries promptly.
5. Escalation Management: Escalate issues effectively for timely resolutions.
6. Customer Experience: Enhance satisfaction by identifying and addressing improvement areas.
7. Documentation & Onboarding: Maintain SOPs and train new team members.
8. Performance Metrics: Monitor and improve key operational metrics.
9. Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and adopt best practices.
10. Team Participation: Actively contribute to meetings and cross-functional discussions.
11. Customer Success: Drive value for customers through proactive training and support.
Be the key point of contact, managing customer-facing challenges and delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of LimeTray products & services to the Indian & International markets.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and engage in strategic, consultative conversations to understand their business needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.

Who Would Be the Right Fit?
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- B2B and SaaS Sales Expertise: Prior experience in B2B sales or SaaS product sales is highly preferred, as it aligns perfectly with the role's requirements.
- E-commerce Experience: Candidates who have worked with e-commerce products and understand how conversion rates impact business outcomes or have previously optimised e-commerce funnels will have an advantage.
- Product-Oriented Background: Individuals with experience as Product Associates or in Product Management, who are open to exploring a product-focused sales role, will find this opportunity exciting.
- IT Sales Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years in IT sales is a must to hit the ground running.
- FnB Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the Food and Beverage industry is an added benefit, as it aligns closely with our target market.
- Global Exposure: Experience working with both Indian and international markets will be a great asset.
- Fluency in English: Exceptional communication skills, particularly fluency in US or British English, are necessary for effective engagement with international clients.
- Tech-Savvy and Curious: Smart individuals who understand software products well, are inquisitive by nature, and constantly ask questions like “Why?” or “How?” will thrive in this role.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Ops queries/requests: Respond to and address operational queries and requests from various teams within the organization, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
3. Meetings: Attend and actively participate in operational meetings, including team sync-ups, project reviews, and cross-functional discussions, providing input and insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.
4. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and sales, to address operational requirements and support ongoing initiatives.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Performance monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
2. Process improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
3. Documentation and training: Assist in the documentation and maintenance of operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for internal reference and training purposes.
4. Onboarding support: Support the onboarding and training of new team members on operational tasks, tools, and systems, ensuring smooth integration and proficiency.

Other requirements
1. A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is mandatory.
2. Proven experience of at least 6 months to 1 year in inside sales, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
3. Understanding and experience in selling technology solutions to the Indian market.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various organizational levels.
5. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Office Suites (Excel, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
8. Should be comfortable with generating leads and doing cold calls.
9. Hunger to overachieve targets and come up with unique sales strategies.

What Are We Looking For:
We are looking for a software engineer who can work with our client vertical to engage consumers in our products. The ideal candidate is someone who is an expert in designing reliable services with well-defined APIs that fit into LimeTray service oriented architecture and also possess experience in designing, developing, Implementing and scaling web applications for our rapidly growing Technology team.
While every product-line has their own tech stack - different products have different technologies and it's expected that Person is comfortable working across all of them as and when needed. Some of the technologies/frameworks that we work on – Microservices Architecture, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, Angular, React,
Kubernetes, AWS, Python.
How Will Your Day Look Like:
Develop interactive, user-friendly applications using the latest frameworks which are open
source and proprietary.
Contribute reusable components to the LimeTray UI Development community.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Develop Responsive UIs leveraging Walmarts and Open source state of the art frameworks.
Help the team leverage and contribute to open source technologies.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Contribute to code review and mentoring initiatives.
Make an impact on a global scale.
You Are Good At :
Bachelor’s / Masters degree in computer science.
3+ years of work experience.
You would possess experience building Javascript web applications.
Solid fundamentals in Data structures and Algorithms.
Good debugging and problem solving capability.
Proficiency to code in front-end technologies.
Object oriented Javascript, React, Redux, NodeJS, EcmaScript 6+.
Atleast one full lifecycle web application built with React + Redux.
Webpack, JSON based web-services consumption.
AngularJS 1.x, J2EE knowledge is a plus.
Understanding how to engineer the RESTful.
Micro services and knowledge of SOARI architecture.
Deep knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS (SCSS, LESS), JSON.
