Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships.

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to pitch plans and convert inquiries into sales.

Provide detailed product knowledge and promote BikeFixup’s services effectively.

Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and analyze customer feedback.

Collaborate with the operations team for seamless service delivery.

Customer Service & Support Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a professional attitude.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and empathetic communication.

Assist customers in booking services and guide them through the process.

Address complaints or concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure a high level of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Minimum graduates preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or customer service roles with excellent communication skills.

Skills:

Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.

Persuasive abilities and a target-driven mindset.

Empathy and problem-solving skills for customer support.

Basic computer knowledge for lead tracking and reporting.

Domain: Automation Testing – Selenium Job Purpose • Thought leadership - Consult with the client and setup/guides a team to strategize, design, implement and run automation solution supporting variety of applications • Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize current automated testing processes and tools • Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams • Oversee technological delivery of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams • setting up end to end QA processes across Requirement Analysis,Test Strategy/Design and Test reporting • Participate in design and architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams • Designing & implementing enterprise wide QA strategy for variety of clients including complex applications across multiple tech stacks (involving both functional and automation testing) • Planning, estimating (should be aware of robust models and how to use them) and tracking team’s work • Status reporting: Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status etc. • Mentors/guides the team on technical knowhow • Adhere to company project standards and guidelines Mandatory Skills & Experience • 10-14 years of overall testing experience and atleast 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategy • Hands on framework development for a Green Field Project • Strong hands on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages; java collection frameworks • Strong experience on QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUIetc. • Strong exposure on UI or API automation, hands on Webservices/Microservices automation • Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab(preferable) / Jenkins • Experience in Cloud tech preferably AWS • Experience on Cloud Platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto • Functional tools like Selenium (mandate), Webdriver IO, NightWatchJS, etc • Should have basic knowledge of JMeter or any other equivalent Performance testing tool • Sound Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps etc. • Industry experience on Financial Services is preferred. ·      7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

·      7+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks, etc.).

·      Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

·      Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.

·      Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).

·      Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and React Query.

·      Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Job Role:

• Manage end to end sales funnel right form sourcing to deal closure

• Closely collaborate with marketing team to generate leads

• Work closely with Senior Sales Colleagues to drive closures

• The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by prospecting new clients

• Use various channels – Cold Calling, Digital Marketing, Automation Tools, Email Marketing Campaigns to generate fresh leads.

• Qualify and develop sales leads by conducting product demonstration at CXO level to

showcase end-to-end product capabilities

• Build ongoing network and relationships by continuously prospecting the right customer.

• Build strong pipeline consistently to ensure sales closures

• Follow best practices and drive process efficiencies / automation & technology innovations

• Gain thorough understanding of the product/platform and continuously learn from new

product updates and pitch them appropriately to the clients
