ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a seasoned industry professional who has a high-performance background in ad tech business operations, partner account management & revenue optimization, team management & overall strategy driving the business. As a DSP agnostic platform, our focus is to grow the ad-exchange business while helping direct advertisers hit their KPIs.The candidate should have good analytical skills, can interpret and work with big data and should be technically inclined (coding not required) As a strategic advisor to your clients, you will have the ability to be proactive, work independently, and possess excellent customer-facing communication skills. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients and will be responsible for ensuring their success.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Own all strategic and operational aspects of client relationships, including overseeing integration and onboarding of new partners
• Use strong analysis, interpretation and independent judgment to strategize and identify revenue opportunities for PnL growth
• Liaise with internal teams like product and engineering to execute strategies and deliver custom client requirements
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service and support
• Conduct research to gather intelligence on competitor products and constantly update yourself on the ad tech landscape

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in areas mentioned.
• Proven account management experience working with top DSPs like Google DV 360/TTD/Criteo to grow their spends through company Exchange
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement them.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
• Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and technologies, such as social media advertising and ad exchanges, is a plus.

Quality Engineer is responsible for planning, developing, and executing tests for CFRA’s financial software. The responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. The role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests to ensure software runs efficiently and meets client needs, while at the same time being cost-effective. You will be part of CFRA Data Collection Team responsible for collecting, processing and publishing financial market data for internal and external stakeholders. The team uses a contemporary stack in the AWS Cloud to design, build and maintain a robust data architecture, data engineering pipelines, and large-scale data systems. You will be responsible for verifying and validating all data quality and completeness parameters for the automated (ETL) pipeline processes (new and existing).

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements and develop testing plans
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Desired Skills

• Proven work experience in software development and quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Acute attention to detail

 Technical Skills

• Proficient with SQL, and capable of developing queries for testing

Key Requirements:

At least 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations

Strong experience in SAP EWM 9.5 and S/4HANA Embedded EWM Proficiency in EWM-ERP integration, IDOCs, CIF, RFC

Good grasp of Inbound, Outbound, Warehousing, Packaging processes Prior work in the Auto/Manufacturing industry (minimum 2 years)

Preferred:

SAP EWM certification Experience with SAP TM, Value-Added Services (VAS), and automated warehouses

The ideal candidate is well versed in Photoshop and experienced in all manner of web-design elements, such as the design and layout of buttons, links, menus, and text.

Will work creatively and directly with User Interface Head to create and deliver quality work in a timely manner.

Will be responsible for creating the look and feel of the public website/marketplace/eCommerce

Creating responsive design using media query and bootstrap.

Web and mobile UI/UX design & wireframe mockups, and prototypes Using Photoshop, illustrator online mockup tool. Graphic work like logo, brochure, magazine ad, poster, icon & infographic design using Photoshop and illustrator and any previous eCommerce/marketplace will be an added advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good knowledge of Core Java (Minimum Version 8)
• J2EE with a good understanding of Servlets and JSP
• Experience in Spring Modules – Spring IOC and AOP, Spring Boot (version 2 plus), JDBC
• Expertise in design and development of various web and enterprise – level applications using Java/J2EE technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Rest services.
• Web Services (including SOAP, XML, XML Schema, JSON, and REST)
• Tools required: Maven,Eclipse, Github, and Swagger
• Good knowledge of SQL and Redis (NOSql)
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
• Ability to develop software in Java or any other OOPS languages
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience in developing Web Applications using at least one popular Web Framework (Spring)
• Experience with test-driven development
• Proficiency in software engineering tools

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related fields.
• Eight to Ten years of Software Engineering or Software Development experience, preferably in a related field.
