Your Role

Talent Acquisition & Ops

• Designing and updating job descriptions.

• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.

• Advertise job openings on company's LinkedIn profile, Social Media, Job portals and internally - Screen incoming resumes and application forms and interview candidates.

• Coordinate with the hiring Managers for the qualified/ shortlisted candidates.

• Send job offers and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

• Collaborate with Managers to identify future hiring needs.

• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Must Haves

As a member of the development group, you will be primarily responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the product:  

• Help define and create full stack architecture and deployment using React- Django-AWS in an agile environment with lots of ownership and active mentoring 
• Work with the Product and Design teams to build new features to solve business problems and fill business needs

• Performing market research.
• Gathering and processing research data.

The role involves computer vision tasks including development, customization and training of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs); application of ML techniques (SVM, regression, clustering etc. ) and traditional Image Processing (OpenCV etc. ). The role is research focused and would involve going through and implementing existing research papers, deep dive of problem analysis, generating new ideas, automating and optimizing key processes.

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in solving complex real-world problems at scale via deep learning, computer vision or AI
• Python, cuDNN, Tensorflow/PyTorch/Keras (or similar Deep Learning frameworks).
• CNNs, RNNs, Transfer learning (for image classification, segmentation, object detection etc).
• Image Processing techniques using OpenCV or other white-box image feature extraction algorithms.
• End to end deployment of deep learning models.

• Defining, planning, communicating and owning the business and scaling it PAN India
• Owning multiple channels of sales and be responsible for holding the growth for channels independently
• Managing the Supply side eco-system and partners/vendors to drive efficiencies
• Managing teams across band, grades and geographies
• Understanding and measuring the success metrics directly inclined towards your vertical and aligning them as per the business needs
• Analyzing the key metrics being tracked in the business and creating a plan to iterate and optimize for the future
• Building Tech Stack from business perspective with the Marketing and Product Teams

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's / Bachelor's degree, MBA will be bonus
• Tier 1 college graduates only
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in P&L Management and proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful business line throughout its lifecycle
• B2C and B2B2C experience specifically building Teams, scale and distribution is a bonus

• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently within the Team and across teams and departments
• A first principle thinking approach in problem solving
• Ability to build from scratch and the vision to scale it
• Empathy towards the customer and the ability to understand their problems

Responsibilities

• Hands-On development of the core components of the Product Platform
• Liaison with the Technical Architect and Project Manager to understand project scope and objectives
• Break-up overall project scope into a manageable set of tasks and help the Project Manager define Sprints
• Own the Technical Design for different components of the Product Platform
• Help the Project Manager develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Develop the product as per design and structure using appropriate technologies meeting the requirements, quality standards and timelines.
• Technical Mentoring of the Team in an effective and efficient manner to uphold quality
• Provide early insights on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress and potential risks
• Escalate issues affecting project delivery to appropriate levels within the company and/or vendor and track them to resolution
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and technical standards throughout project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field or MCA
• 7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with 2-3 years of leading a team
• Strong command over Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, and similar Full Stack technologies
• Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge for databases like MySQL and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of Git and related strategies like Pull Requests, merging, etc.
• Experience with GoLang preferred
• Exposure to DevOps over at least one Cloud Platforms like AWS or Azure in addition to the experience in developing cloud-native applications
• Strong familiarity with software tools like JIRA, Agile, TDD/BDD methodologies, and best practices
• Strong understanding of Algorithms and Design Patterns with proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, quality, budget, and timeline
