The duration of this internship is 3 months. Based on the performance we would give confirmation as a full time employee. Anybody who has completed any graduation and are interested in BD, can apply. Stipend would be = 10,000/- per month for the internship period.

The role is primarily responsible for driving and executing the Business objectives to be achieved through strategic alliances.Duties & Responsibilities Key Result Areas * Develop content for presentations, invitation, proposals and all formal communications to prospects.* Respond to technical RFP's for corporates.* Responsible for end to end corporate agency and group tie up documentation.* Create pipeline and listing the clients, MNC's, SME's and service providers for prospective tie-ups.* Properly map the assigned accounts and update the same.* Arrange meetings for/ with prospective corporate clients.* Own the complete sales cycle right from lead generation, prospecting, customer acquisition, onboarding, Retention, Issue resolution, Objection Handling, Negotiations etc.* Develop client engagement material (updates on employee engagement and employee expenses management policies)* Visit Large Corporate Clients, NBFC, and Banks for acquisition at regular intervals to ensure top of the mind presence.* Create value proposition, pitch presentation and designing SLA for business.* Suggest measures/solutions for tapping opportunities like product customization/ innovation, offering products across all business verticals of the prospects.* Commercial and Contract Negotiations with prospective clients and structuring financial proposals with best- value proposition. * Revenue generation by identifying new cross-sell & up-sell opportunities for existing clients.* Looking after Strategic alliances for corporate tie-ups.* Responsible for the expansion of clients network by forging strategic alliances.* Identify and tie-up with emerging partners from E-commerce and Fintech vertical.* Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture, and values of the Corporate Communications group. Through personal example, establish the style and approach which meets overall company values and expectations.* Get to strategize and execute a new Product Launch in Bangalore market.* The role would require considerable traveling for the customer meetings and spend time following up for sales closures. Someone who is not enthusiastic about sales would not enjoy this role.* Understand and practice concepts of Lean start-ups, based on the customer feedback and usage how to shape up the product features. Relationship Management* Interacting regularly with top management/key decision makers across all levels of various prospects.* Through the relationship, identifying the loopholes in the existing tie- ups * Positioning company as a top contender. Market Intelligence* Work on competition intelligence* Tracking competition product offerings and rates.* Understanding competitions revenue model and best practices.* Gathering information from various sources on potential business opportunities for expanding the reach of the company.
The key responsibilities for this project include but are not limited to: - Developing a thorough understanding of the Blended Learning English module through train the trainer sessions conducted by Leap - Developing an in-depth knowledge of lesson plans, app-based learning and nuances of technology to support online learning in your classrooms - Conducting English learning sessions in classrooms at the training center assigned to you - Ensuring online learning of English lessons through Leap’s mobile-based app for students assigned at your center - Collecting periodic data for ongoing improvement as per the guidelines and formats provided by the design team - Ensuring over 90% attendance and 100% uptake for app-based learning - Ensuring 1 CEFR level jump for all students assigned to your training center - Periodically aiding technical support on issues faced in deploying the mobile-based solution in your classroom - Analyzing student progress and taking responsibility of ongoing student improvement - Providing mentorship support to students as they get ready for placement processes in a critical year of their life - Being an ambassador for Leap Skills at your training center and beyond Required skills, experience and mindset: Required skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication. Effective business writing (emails, notes etc.) - A strong hold over English grammar and extensive vocabulary - Strong public speaking and facilitation experience
