Job Title: Email Outreach & Marketing Specialist

• Location: Gurgaon
• Experience: 0-1 year
• Employment: Full-time (5 days)

Responsibilities:

• Develop targeted email campaigns and draft personalized outreach emails for prospects and partners.
• Analyze campaign data to optimize for better results, including email subject lines.
• Maintain and organize data effectively, multitask, and execute experiments with creativity.
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Implement A/B testing to refine email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action.
• Segment email lists based on user behavior and demographics to personalize content.
• Conduct cold calls as required to drive engagement and book meetings.
• Occasionally conduct face-to-face client meetings.
