Job Title: Email Outreach & Marketing Specialist
- Location: Gurgaon
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Employment: Full-time (5 days)
- Salary: 4-5 LPA
Immediate availability to join is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop targeted email campaigns and draft personalized outreach emails for prospects and partners.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize for better results, including email subject lines.
- Maintain and organize data effectively, multitask, and execute experiments with creativity.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Implement A/B testing to refine email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action.
- Segment email lists based on user behavior and demographics to personalize content.
- Conduct cold calls as required to drive engagement and book meetings.
- Occasionally conduct face-to-face client meetings.
- Create email databases for lead generation and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
Must-Haves:
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI language models and prompting.
- Analytical mindset and data interpretation abilities.
- Passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
