The ideal candidate will have experience in travel booking, billing, or chauffeur services, along with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: ● Handle back-office operations related to travel bookings, billing, and chauffeur services. ● Process and verify travel and billing transactions accurately. ● Address and resolve customer queries effectively via email and phone. ● Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and improve operational efficiency. ● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional efforts and client acquisition. ● Assist in maintaining records and databases to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate. Qualifications: ● Experience in travel booking, billing, or chauffeur services is preferred. ● Strong mathematical skills with a keen analytical mindset. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Proven experience in handling customer queries and providing effective resolutions. ● Sales and marketing experience is a plus. ● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
