Job Description for Telecalling executive

1.Contact potential customers to promote solar energy products and services, including solar panel installation, maintenance, and energy savings.

2. Identify and qualify potential leads through phone conversations

3.Address customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and assist in setting up appointments for site assessments

4.Regularly follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales or resolve any issues.

Skills Required :

• Experience in React Js, Node js, Express js, MYSQL, Python
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 required.
• Experience with SQL-based database engine like MySQL, Postgre, etc.
• Experience with RESTful API integration
• Experience with Node JS
• Experience with Git, GitFlow and Agile Software Development
• Familiarity with other programming languages
• Interpersonal skills to effectively work with people internally as well as working effectively with suppliers and customers
• Ability to effectively present information in team meetings and design reviews, as needed
• Ability to communicate calmly in a well thought out response, verbal and written
• Must have strong problem-solving abilities

We are looking for highly skilled candidates with experience in frontend programming and are comfortable in dealing with backend tools.

• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following ReactJS workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

• 6 to 9 years of strong design and development experience in building massively large-scale distributed internet systems and products.
• Previous experience working as a React.js Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Strong experience using a client side MVC framework such as NodeJS, ReactJS, or Redux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Experience in responsive design, cross browser compatibility, and website performance.
• Knowledge of frontend CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, and preprocessors like SASS and LESS.
• Experience with handling Services, RESTful, APIs (NodeJS preferably).

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
• A sales intensive role where you help restaurants, F&B brand, Hotels and FMCG brands by selling Bourdaina products
• Demonstrating and presenting products and services.
• Account management for key clients of the organisation.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.

• People with 0 - 3 years of work experience. Relevant experience in B2B sales will be great!
