Job Description 

Mandatory Requirements: 

●7–10 years of Program Management experience 

●Ability to manage 3–5 accounts concurrently 

●Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills 

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

●Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Advanced Jira reporting/dashboards 

●Good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, modules, and integrations 

●Experience managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and delivery governance 

●Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments and multitask under pressure 

●Experience leading UAT, managing test cycles, and collaborating with remote teams 

●Strong negotiation, conflict management, and leadership skills

 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

●Create, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, and progress updates. 

●Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while adhering to project governance and gates. 

●Track resource utilization, timesheet compliance, and alignment with budget allocations. 

●Lead and manage day-to-day execution of Salesforce-related project implementations. 

●Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, documentation, and project deliverable creation. 

●Manage customer communication as the primary interface throughout the project lifecycle. 

●Support end-to-end implementation activities including project planning, issue/risk 

management, communication, and change management. 

●Conduct review sessions with clients and internal teams at key stages of the project. 

●Prepare and/or review test scripts for QA and UAT cycles; manage UAT execution and sign-off. 

●Develop user enablement materials such as user guides and training documentation. 

●Drive process improvements by leveraging Salesforce and business domain expertise. 

●Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders; provide product roadmap insights. 

●Lead conversations around scope, timelines, budget, risks, and escalations. 

●Manage remote development teams working across different time zones. 

●Adopt standardized development lifecycle processes across projects.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative 2D Motion Graphic Designer to produce an enticing marketing video for our game apps. As a 2D Motion Graphic Designer, your primary objective will be to create a visually captivating and dynamic video that effectively showcases the unique features and excitement of our game apps to our users.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create engaging motion graphics, video edits, and promotional assets for game marketing.
2. Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver creatives on time.
3. Research trends, competitors, and winning hooks to develop high-performing concepts.
4. Produce edits, variations, and iterations quickly while maintaining consistency and quality.
5. Take full ownership of the end-to-end creative process - assets, versions, feedback, and final delivery.
6. Optimize videos for multiple platforms and integrate music, SFX, and voiceovers where needed.
7. Stay updated on design tools, motion trends, and gaming industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion graphics with a portfolio (gaming creatives preferred).
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, video formats, audio editing, and color grading.
• Ability to create both reference-inspired and original creatives.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

DevOps Systems Engineer with experience in Docker Containers, Docker Swarm, Docker Compose, Ansible, Jenkins and other tools. As part of this role she/he must work with the container best practices in design, development and implementation.

At Least 4 Years of experience in DevOps with knowledge of:

• Docker
• Docker Cloud / Containerization
• DevOps Best Practices
• Distributed Applications
• Deployment Architecture
• Atleast AWS Experience
• Exposure to Kubernetes / Serverless Architecture

Skills:

• 3-7+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering
• Strong experience with Docker Containers, Implementing Docker Containers, Container Clustering

• Experience with Provisioning and managing VM's - Virtual Machines
• Experience / strong knowledge with Network Topologies, Network Research,

The candidate will be part of the team developing and maintaining Networking drivers for the company's 200/100/50/40/25/10GB PCI-E Ethernet adapters.

This will primarily be for Linux but can be extended to other Operating Systems (eg: FreeBSD, ESX, etc.)

He / She will be responsible for the design, coding, and unit testing of the software components.

Requirements:

• Experience in Linux driver development.
• Experience in developing/maintaining Network drivers is preferable.
• Experience in programming, analyzing, and debugging kernel crash dumps.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP Stack and Internals, socket library, DPDK, SPDK, etc.
• Excellent programing skills in ‘C’ and Linux Kernel Internals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.
