- Quarterly Board Reporting : Deliver structured, governance-aligned technology reports with KPIs, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership and the board.
- Dashboard Development : Build and manage executive dashboards using tools like Power BI/Tableau to showcase real-time performance and strategic metrics.
- Executive Storytelling : Create polished narratives and presentations that translate technical data into compelling business insights.
