● Onboarding Clients: Build a portfolio of companies to onboard them onto the MacHanas platform, ensuring they are familiar with the benefits of the platform for their procurement needs.
● Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and they receive quality service.
● Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and provide recommendations for spare parts, tools, and consumables that match their needs at competitive rates.
● Customer Support: Provide ongoing support for customers' subsequent purchases, assisting with procurement queries, and ensuring a smooth process for future orders.
● Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
● Reporting: Provide regular feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities, along with insights for improving sales and customer experience.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales in the industrial sector.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate product solutions.
● Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Familiarity with industrial spare parts or manufacturing consumables is a plus.
