About the Role:
As a Sales Lead at SaveIN, you will drive the go-to-market strategy, build and scale a high-performing sales team, and optimize the sales funnel for our SaaS offering. From lead generation to conversion, you’ll own sales execution, CRM implementation, and revenue growth.
You’ll work cross-functionally to enhance product marketing, customer success, and overall P&L. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, we’d love to have you onboard!

Key Responsibilities:
· Work with the growth marketing team and ICP to launch and scale the SaaS offering.
· Implement and manage CRM tools to monitor performance metrics and sales activities.
· Create and manage lead generation funnel through inbound and outbound channels
· Set up inside sales unit and recruit, train and grow an efficient team of SDRs, AEs and CSMs.
· Ensure seamless sales operations, including lead tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
· Achieve continuous improvement on MQL to conversions and retention.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs.
· Lead negotiations to close high-value deals and manage contracts effectively.
· Collaborate to influence customer success and drive product adoption.
Requirements:
· Proven experience of 6-8 years in B2B SaaS inside sales preferably in healthcare/employer/insurance SaaS
· Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS market and customer acquisition strategies.
· Expertise in using CRM tools (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo.io) and data-driven decision-making.
· Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and growth for early-stage companies.
· Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and team management skills.
· Master’s degree in business/analytics is preferred

About the role:
SaveIN is looking for a Software Engineer | Java, who enjoys solving challenging problems
and can develop and deploy APIs and Web applications using Java MVC Frameworks and
power a variety of classing leading digital products. You will work with developers, product
and founding team and would also be expected to lead a team of junior developers in the future.
Location: Gurugram
Key responsibilities:
● Work with business users to gather functional requirements
● Combine your technical expertise and passion for problem-solving to deliver end-to-end solutions
● Design and implement high-quality, test-driven code for various projects
● Unit Testing/Integration Testing
● Code configuration and release management
● Document technical design as per internal compliance standards
● Work with senior management and external stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are met
Skills and competencies:
● Education: BE/BTech/MTech/MCA
● Minimum 3 Years of experience in Web Application and API development, in Java 8 and above
● Working experience with MVC frameworks like Spring, Play, etc.
● Experience with Multi-threading, Collections, and concurrent API
● Working experience with web services and APIs (REST, SOAP)
● Experience in developing microservices in Spring Boot
● Experience working with tools like Git, and Maven.

● Working experience with data platforms (relational and/or NoSQL) and messaging technologies

About the role:
SaveIN is looking for a Software Engineer | React JS
You will be responsible for building visually engaging user experiences as well as using out of the box thinking to devise new techniques for presenting content and data. You will work with developers, designers, product and also the founding team.
Location: Gurgaon/ Work from home
Key responsibilities:
- Develop class leading and highly responsive front-end interfaces using React.js
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code and output
- Communicate effectively with UI/UX team and technical development team
- Create unit tests to ensure visual consistency and adequate functionality across releases
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform and multiple device compatibility and resolve issues.
- Document technical design as per internal compliance standards
- Work with senior management and external stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are met
Skills and competencies:
- Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA
- Minimum 3-year industry experience and proficiency in developing front-end components using React JS, Angular.io, Vue.js, HTML 5, Web markup and CSS 3

- Hands on experience with state management tools like Redux/Mobx
