Responsibilities

Frontend:

• Develop responsive, intuitive interfaces using HTML, CSS (SASS), React, and Vanilla JS.
• Implement real-time features using sockets for dynamic, interactive user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent UI/UX patterns and deliver visually compelling products.

Backend:

• Design, implement, and maintain APIs using Python (FastAPI).
• Integrate AI-driven features to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
• Ensure the code adheres to best practices in performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and improving reliability.

Database & Data Management:

• Work with PostgreSQL for relational data, ensuring optimal queries and indexing.
• Utilize ClickHouse or MongoDB where appropriate to handle specific data workloads and analytics needs.
• Contribute to building dashboards and tools for analytics and reporting.
• Leverage AI/ML concepts to derive insights from data and improve system performance.

General:

• Use Git for version control; conduct code reviews, ensure clean commit history, and maintain robust documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that align with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in AI and emerging frameworks, and apply them to enhance our platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in team processes and code quality.

Roles and Responsibilities: ● Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate new leads and opportunities.

● Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

● Develop a deep understanding of our EdTech products, their features, and benefits to effectively articulate their value to potential customers.

Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

● Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech industry(Optional).

● Strong passion for education and technology, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the educational landscape.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

● Demonstrated ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become an expert in our technology and platforms
• Provide top-tier, highly skilled and attentive support to our consumer app teams.
• Perform production support, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and timeliness
• Work with the Implementations and Delivery Teams on defect resolution and solution delivery
• As an active member of the backend team you would utilize and promote best practices and standards
• You’ll develop new technical skills and gain industry knowledge
• You’ll provide occasional “after-hours” incident response and support
• Maintain software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Build tools to reduce occurence of errors and improve customer experience
• Manage system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required skills and qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience supporting Web and Backend based application software and environments preferred

• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally

• Experience with version management systems like GIT, Subversion

• Knowledge on Payment gateways (Razorpay, Juspay)

• Experience with web application servers, basic idea on AWS and Azure

• Databases (SQL and NoSQL) and SQL query language.

• Good understanding of Networking principles.

• An understanding and background with Object Oriented Programming languages

• Required Full stack development knowledge.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field

• Creating long-form sales page copy about a variety of Ayurvedic products and services for foreign markets (i.e. USA and EU)
• Creating ad concepts and ad copies for said products and consumers
• Researching Ayurvedic background and benefits of ingredients used in the organization’s products
• Researching company’s target audience’s interests and needs
• Creating highly valuable informational pieces that convert into sales
• Staying up-to-date with latest trends in USA and EU regarding skincare, health and wellness
• Creating mind-blowing value for our customers

• Ensuring compliance with law (e.g. copyright and regulatory bodies)
