- Expert-level handling of software modules including Head Office, Cinema, Loyalty, Connect, Service Framework, and Voucher Management.
- Ensure system modules are optimized and aligned with cinema operations and business workflows.
- Customize and tailor system functionalities based on unique client requirements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software or integration issues involving third-party applications.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and support units to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Deliver documentation, user training, and technical support on software features and updates.
- Collaborate with global support and development teams to implement patches, updates, and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience working exclusively with Vista Cinema software.

- Conduct detailed design, analysis (including FEA - Finite Element Analysis), and optimization of mechanical components and assemblies for strength, durability, and performance.
- Select appropriate materials, considering properties like wear resistance, tensile strength, and cost-effectiveness for various plough components (e.g., mouldboards, shares, frames).
