Job Title: Customer Success Associate
Location: Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience Required:
Prior experience in Customer Support (Voice Process) in B2B, Sales, or Motor Insurance or freshers
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service and sales advisory.
Address customer queries and objections effectively.
Assist customers in understanding products and services.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
Qualification:
Any Graduation (Mandatory)

Working Days & Shifts:
6 days a week (Rotational Week Off)

Desired Profile:-
Position: Relationship Manager (Agency Channel).
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Education & Experience Criteria: 12th Pass with minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Sales. Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales.
Offer CTC: Upto ₹4.5 LPA.
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Insurance Agency Sales.
