Job Summary :
We are looking for a successful and dynamic Business Development Ex/Mg:
• Identify sales opportunities and ensure maximum conversion of these opportunities to generate revenue as per sales strategy/ targets
• Positioning and promoting the partner value proposition, leading sales/account managers in the development and expansion of opportunities and reinforcing existing relationships
• Responsible for annual margin target booking with significant growth in subsequent years with an emphasis on the development of client relationships and customer delivery
Job Description:
- Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, enhance revenue and achieve assigned AOP numbers
- Evaluate past performance, identify market potential, and market share growth potential
- Drive annual sales plans for Voice, SMS & Products portfolio by extensive farming and hunting new accounts
- Develop Key Account Plan to drive strategic ideas to improve wallet share and higher product penetration
- Experience in negotiating roaming agreements national and/or international, as well as mobile termination terms, conducive to sustainable new entry
- Seasoned to handle/drive Cross Functional Teams to ensure fulfillment of common goals & objectives
- Integral part of CFT (Cross Functional Team) engagements infused for remittance of old receivables
Represent GTS interest in several telecom Industry forums, associations & conferences in the region
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Sales or Marketing with minimum 1-4 years of experience.
- Should understand the business dynamics, trends, systems & process intricacies regarding wholesale Pricing, routing, and product features
- Strong analytic skills and good understanding of the regulations and legal nuances of the business globally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment
- Collaborative and consensus driven approach; strong team player
