This is a hands-on execution role where you will support day-to-day marketing activities across demand generation, content, campaigns, and events. Responsibilities include content publishing, LinkedIn campaigns, collateral coordination, event support, campaign tracking, and keeping marketing operations running consistently.
We are looking for someone organised, commercially aware, and genuinely interested in B2B marketing for AI and enterprise technology, with the ability to balance strategic support and operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
Working as a Marketing Executive at Navtech, you will:
LinkedIn & Social Media:
- Own the day-to-day execution of Navtech's LinkedIn content calendar — scheduling, publishing, and monitoring performance
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to brief and deliver on-time visual assets for posts, carousels, and campaigns
- Set up and manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager — lead gen ads, sponsored content, audience targeting, and A/B tests
- Track organic and paid LinkedIn performance; produce weekly snapshots and flag what is working and what is not
- Identify engagement opportunities — relevant conversations, comment activity, and prospect interactions
Demand Generation & Campaigns:
- Support execution of multi-channel demand gen campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and events
- Manage cold email outreach sequences in coordination with the sales team — list building, tool setup, copy coordination, tracking
- Set up and maintain HubSpot workflows, landing pages, and lead capture forms
- Track MQLs, SQLs, and campaign-level performance against targets in the demand gen tracker
- Support ABM outreach for target accounts in defined ICP verticals — BFSI, Media, HR Tech, Telecom
Content & Collateral:
- Coordinate content production across blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, and email newsletters — briefing, scheduling, and routing for approvals
- Upload and publish blog content to the CMS; ensure formatting, meta descriptions, and internal links are correct
- Manage the content calendar and flag gaps, delays, or bottlenecks proactively
- Liaise with the Graphic Designer, external design partner, and copywriters to move assets from brief to published
- Maintain an organised asset library — versioned, labelled, and accessible
Events & Partnerships:
- Support planning and logistics for industry events, conferences, and Navtech-hosted gatherings
- Coordinate event collateral production — banners, one-pagers, handouts — ensuring delivery timelines are met
- Research relevant industry events, speaking opportunities, and sponsorship options; produce brief evaluations for sign-off
- Manage event follow-up sequences — attendee outreach, social coverage, and lead handoff to sales
- Support partner co-marketing activities including Frappe/ERPNext and any new partnership programmes
Reporting & Operations:
- Maintain the demand gen tracker — update statuses, flag delays, and keep budget actuals current
- Produce fortnightly marketing performance summaries for the Marketing Manager and senior stakeholders
- Manage the marketing tools stack day-to-day: HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, project tracking tools
- Support CRM hygiene — ensuring leads from marketing activity are correctly tagged and handed off in Frappe CRM
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–4 years of marketing experience in a B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise services environment
- Hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience — you should be able to set up, run, and optimise a campaign without guidance
- Understanding of demand generation fundamentals — lead funnel stages, MQL/SQL definitions, campaign attribution
- Experience with at least one marketing automation or CRM tool — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent
- Strong project coordination skills — you can manage multiple workstreams, hit deadlines, and escalate the right things at the right time
- Excellent written English — briefs, campaign copy, emails, and performance summaries all need to be clear and professional
- Comfort working in a small team where you own your outputs entirely — no layer of managers to catch mistakes
- Commercially minded — you understand that marketing exists to generate pipeline, not just content
- Analytically competent — you can read a performance dashboard, identify what the numbers mean, and draw a conclusion
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field fully in English medium. Equivalent experience with a demonstrable B2B marketing track record will be considered.
Plus:
- Experience marketing AI, enterprise software, or professional services to a US or international audience

Content Manager
Full-Time
Reports to SVP, Marketing
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building its marketing engine from the ground up, and this role is at the center of it. As our first Content Manager, you will co-own content strategy and full execution alongside the SVP of Marketing, from developing a scalable editorial system to producing and distributing content across every channel that matters.
You are a skilled writer, a strategic thinker, and an operator who sees one asset and immediately envisions five. You know how to interview a subject matter expert, pull out the insight that matters, and turn it into content that works across formats and channels. You thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment and understand that great content is a direct driver of revenue.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Content strategy & editorial execution
•Co-own content strategy with the SVP of Marketing, focused on content that drives revenue and impacts the sales process.
•Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with sales cycles, product launches, and demand generation priorities.
•Publish a minimum of three new written pieces per week across formats and funnel stages.
•Interview with internal subject matter experts to source original, insight-driven content.
•Translate complex AI and platform narratives into compelling messaging for enterprise buyers in regulated, asset-intensive industries, including operations, compliance, and technical decision-makers.
•Edit and uphold a consistent brand voice and editorial standard across all content.
Content development, distribution & demand gen
•Develop content mapped to every stage of the buyer journey: awareness at top of funnel, solution-focused content and proof points at mid-funnel, and high-trust assets like case studies and ROI content at bottom of funnel.
•Turn one asset — a customer story, interview, or data point — into multiple formats that work across channels and touchpoints.
•Produce premium assets including eBooks, pillar pages, case studies, and one-pagers that convert audience into pipeline.
•Equip sales with narratives and content they need to move deals forward.
•Partner with demand generation to fuel campaigns and nurture flows.
•Build templates, playbooks, and repeatable processes that improve quality and reduce time-to-publish.
•Track reach, engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence and use those insights to sharpen priorities.
Email marketing & nurture
•Own newsletters, campaign sends, and automated nurture workflows.
•Bring strong copy and content thinking to campaigns across channels.
•Keep the broader team informed of upcoming campaigns, launches, and customer stories.
SEO, AEO & discoverability
•Lead SEO strategy across the website and content library, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content gap analysis.
•Maintain working familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and apply best practices where relevant.
•Own content performance reporting and bring recommendations to leadership based on what is working.
•Measure pipeline contribution over vanity metrics and use channel-level data to inform editorial priorities.
AI & content operations
•Use AI tools purposefully to support research, repurposing, and distribution — not as a substitute for original thinking, strong writing, or human-sourced insight.
•Build the processes and systems that keep content production consistent and scalable.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience & portfolio
•5 or more years in B2B content marketing with a portfolio showing range across formats, channels, and funnel stages.
•Proven experience building a content program from scratch. Startup or early-stage company experience is strongly preferred.
•Experience writing for enterprise buyers in complex or regulated industries. Familiarity with AI or platform-led narratives is a strong plus.
Skills & capabilities
•Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of English and familiarity with editorial style guides such as AP Style.
•Solid understanding of full-funnel content strategy and what buyers need at each stage from awareness through decision.
•Skilled interviewer who draws insights out of technical experts and subject matter experts.
•Strong project management instincts keep things moving; flags issues early, never need to be chased.
•Proposes solutions in ambiguous situations and knows when to push back on work that will not move the needle.
•Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush or similar tools.
•Uses content analytics, SEO metrics, and email performance data to inform decisions.

Note from the Team:
At our core, we’re a tight-knit Marketing Team that’s passionate about what we do. We believe in the power of collaboration, creativity, and the impact great content can have on driving meaningful change. As a growing team, each of us wears many hats, but that’s part of the fun—we get to make a real difference every day, and we’re all in it together.
You’ll be working alongside people who truly care about the work they do and the people they do it with. One thing we strongly believe in is ownership. We don’t believe in pushing people to do their jobs—we trust you to take charge of your work, bring your ideas to the table, and own the outcomes. Autonomy is key here, and with that freedom comes the opportunity to make a real impact. If you love taking initiative and thrive when you have the space to create and lead, this is the place for you.
We’re excited about bringing someone on board who’s just as passionate as we are—someone who’s ready to make an impact, learn, and grow with us. If you love a challenge, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to help shape something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you!
