Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, leads, and inquiries, and convert them into successful enrollments.
• Counsel students and parents on study options across UK, Canada, Australia, Europe.
• Guide students through the complete admission cycle: course selection, applications, visa, and documentation.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and info sessions to attract new prospects.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.
• Mentor and support junior counselors to improve conversion ratios.
• Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to enhance business strategies.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of proven experience in counseling/advising within overseas education.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end overseas education process (applications, SOPs, visas).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM/lead management tools is preferred.

● Build enduring relationships with skilling organizations for co-creation of curriculum for the program

● GOYN brand-building and formalizing partnerships with skilling partners

● Engage with employers in the Logistics industry to be a part of the working group and co-create the curriculum with skilling partners

● Ensure co-creation of courses curriculum for Basix and Advanced courses by skilling organizations and employers

● Ensure creation of a dynamic working relationship with partners to ensure smooth enrolment of youth into the program, completion of training and placements.

● Ensure timely updates from partners regarding youth livelihood status to help maintain the youth journey database

● Put in place feedback mechanisms to record and act on feedback from partners and youth

● Ensure post placement support and engagement with employers to bring about changes at workplace to make the sector more aspirational for youth

● Be up to date with any developments in the ecosystem and forge new partnerships with youth facing organizations, skilling organisations and employers in the Logistics and supply chain sector

● Post Graduation in any background, with 1-3 years of experience in the field of partnership building from corporate background

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Node.js Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, a solid understanding of JavaScript, Express.js, and familiarity with databases. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications, collaborating with front-end teams, and ensuring optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
