Responsibilities:
- Assist product managers in the formulation of the company's product strategy using structured data and insights derived from the same
- Conduct research, create business cases and translate them into meaningful problems to solve
- Measure the impact of experiments related to function, analyzing and helping in course correction.
- Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
- Constantly monitor and analyze metrics identified, publish insights/any anomalies along with hypothesis
- Translating business requirements and user requests into effective report and dashboard designs in challenging deadlines.
- Assist with performance tuning of dashboards, and background data queries as needed
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree along with 2+ years experience in product analytics building data sets, reports, and dashboards
- Strong analytics skills and experience in Metabase, Google Analytics, Power BI, or other analytics software
- Proficiency with SQL
- Agile ability to anticipate a need, be responsive and adapt to change
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, ability to influence decisions and gain consensus

We are looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer (Python, MongoDB and Angular/React or similar JS Framework) to build out and manage our entire web infrastructure. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years’ recent experience with all of the skills listed below.
Our project entails implementing our pre-approved UI, constructing our API, connecting the two, and setting up our server infrastructure. This includes all associated areas such as database and architecture design.
Responsibilities: Build & Maintain TELYPORT INFRASTRUCTURE
- Design and implementation of the overall web architecture.
- “Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface.
- Design and deployment of our database.
- Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.
- Design and construction of our REST API.
- Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API.
- Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment.
Skills: Python, MongoDB & Angular/React or similar JavaScript framework
- At least three years’ experience with:
- Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
- A relevant back-end programming language (Python)
- Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
- Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
