Own organic search strategy end-to-end, driving sustainable traffic and ranking growth through on-page, off-page and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO strategy
• Conduct keyword research and identify content gaps and opportunities
• Track rankings, organic traffic and conversions across key pages
• Build and execute backlink and outreach strategies
• Run technical SEO audits covering site speed, crawlability and indexing
• Collaborate with the content team to brief SEO-optimized pieces
• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategy proactively
• Report on SEO performance and ROI to leadership regularly
• Coordinate with development teams on technical SEO fixes
• Benchmark performance against competitors to identify new opportunities

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results
• Strong proficiency in GSC, GA4, SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Solid grasp of technical SEO fundamentals (crawlability, indexing, site speed)
• Up-to-date knowledge of search algorithm changes and best practices

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience scaling organic traffic for a content-heavy or e-commerce site
• Basic HTML/CMS knowledge for technical SEO fixes
• Link-building/outreach campaign experience

1. Develop customizations and configurations to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including entity customization, form design, workflow development, and business process automation.
2. Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document requirements for customizations and integrations.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the functional teams on best practices for Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and test plans.
5. Work with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements

• Conduct competitive analyses of other websites that operate in the same space
• Prepare customer analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions
• Participate in creating a content development strategy
• Coordinate with UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and more
• Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management
• Develop mockups for our development and design team

We are looking for an experienced Executive Director to organize, grow, and oversee the daily operations in Hyderabad, India.

Candidate will assist in technical vision and leadership for developing and implementing Smart Rain's technology initiatives, with an emphasis on integration of cutting-edge technology-based practices and services into our current offerings.

The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes, business practices including government and compliance requirements in India. Executive Director Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of the organization’s operations and programs.
• Thorough knowledge of government and compliance requirements in India. 
• Prepares accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate business results, variances, and performance trends.
• Communicates and report company results to the parent company and shareholders.
• Provides leadership to and manages the efforts of site staff to ensure appropriate support of all departments.

• 15 or more years of financial management experience in an operational environment

• Experience working with US based company preferred
