FigmaJob Title: UI/UX Designer & Video Editor
Location: Surat
About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can blend beautiful UI/UX designs with engaging video content! If you’re skilled in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and can bring stories to life with After Effects and Premiere Pro, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and eye-catching UI/UX for web and mobile apps using Figma
- Create promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics with After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Develop graphics, banners, and visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences
- Stay updated on design and video trends to keep our content fresh and engaging
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX Design and Video Editing
- Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Skilled in After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing & motion graphics
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video projects
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Join us in-office team to lead app growth across the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You'll manage ASO strategies from keyword research to performance tracking, ensuring compliance with store guidelines and boosting app visibility.
What You’ll Do:
- Keyword research & competitor analysis
- Optimise titles, descriptions, and metadata
- Create keyword-rich content for app listings
- Work on PPC campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns)
- Track metrics: downloads, conversion rates, retention
- Understand ranking algorithms & store compliance policies
- Stay updated with app store guidelines
- Collaborate with devs, designers & marketers
Must-Have Skills:
- ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action)
- SEO knowledge for app stores
- App analytics (Firebase, App Annie)
- Strong content writing & communication
- Data analysis with actionable insights
- Ad campaign optimisation

About the Team:

We are working to continuously improve the functionality of these tools to solve our customers’ business needs. In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, guide other developers who might need technical help, collaborate with other technical teams, product, support and customer success
