UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our Front-end Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and creating seamless user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life through impactful design.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineering teams.
• Create design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to showcase functionality and visual direction.
• Ensure designs are responsive and troubleshoot UI/UX issues across devices and platforms.
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design modifications.
• Maintain consistency by following brand guidelines, style standards, fonts, color schemes, and imagery.
• Work with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CANVA, Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus).

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's receivables, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and collaborating with other departments to resolve any discrepancies. Responsibilities:

1. Invoicing:

• Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices.
• Ensure all relevant information is included on invoices, such as terms of payment, purchase order numbers, and any special billing requirements.

1. Payment Processing:

• Process customer payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts.
• Reconcile discrepancies in payments and work with customers to resolve issues.

1. Collections:

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding balances and arrange for payment.

1. Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable status.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies.

Qualifications:
