🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience with React.js (front-end) and Node.js/Express (back-end).
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable server-side solutions using Java.
• Write optimized front-end code using HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Write unit, automation, and integration tests
• Implement quality application logging for operational monitoring at scale
• Investigate, debug and resolve production site issues
• Work with co-located teammates to deliver on common goals

TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional experience in enterprise Java software development using Spring MVC frameworks, RESTful APIs, and SOA
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices
• Experience with Selenium for UI automated tests written in Cucumber or Scala will be a plus
• Working knowledge of design patterns and CI/CD principles
• First class communication skills in written and verbal form

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create highly responsive B2C web-app using a wide range of open source frontend and backend technology.
• Create single page applications using a wide range of javascript & cutting edge libraries/frameworks.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of a project, including development, unit testing, system testing and change management.
• Research technical issues and provides recommendations to enhance JavaScript products.
• Manage/Lead a team of 10+ javascript fullstack developers to handle a wide range of projects across different products.
• Code reviews, Overall project estimations, Estimation reviews, Project planning.
• Interact with stakeholders for the development requirements gathering.
• Layout a technical career growth plan for the team members.
• Working with multiple projects.

 What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferably from IIT,NIT & other premier institutes.
• Rockstar Javascript developer, who appreciates the intricacies of JS as well as passionate to follow new trends in JS.
• Experience with product companies.
• 9-12 yrs of software development on advanced JavaScript stack (Native Javascript, Asynchronous Request Handling, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, etc).
• 2-4 yrs of experience in leading and mentoring a team. 
• In-depth knowledge in ReactJS & NodeJS
• Proficiency in any other modern web frameworks will be a plus.
• A solid knowledge of advanced data structures & algorithms.
• Proficient in Computer Science fundamentals & object-oriented design.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to tackle those.
• Must possess a track record of building Single Page responsive UI.
• Experience with Databases such as NoSQL and any RDBMS will be a plus.
• Experience with transport protocols such as TCP, HTTP & WebSocket.
• Expressing and appreciating design patterns is a real addition.
• Critical of coding practices and development methodologies.

• At least 2+ years of product development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web applications
• You must be proficient in Problem Solving and Data structures since you got to find the best way of handling a huge set of data.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing web applications using JavaScript
• Strong experience and knowledge in single-page frameworks like ReactJS/Angular/VueJs/other frameworks and ability to design the architecture of single-page applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with JAVASCRIPT, OOPS Concepts, Single page applications, REACTJS, D3, NodeJS, etc
• Build tools such as grunt, gulp, web pack.
• Exceptional debugging skills and knowledge on browser developer tools
• Familiar with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services
• Familiar with optimization techniques (both in file weight and perceived/actual processing speed), debugging techniques, dynamic content retrieval, state management e.g: (Redux), cross-browser support.
• Experience in optimizing the application for performance and scalability using CDN, caching, etc
• Deep experience developing modular, object-oriented JavaScript Strong command of the HTTP protocol and the latest web standards
• Knowledge on Node server, Socket connections and mechanisms to handle real-time async data would be a plus.
• Very Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Very strong full stack experience with familiarity in serving technologies such as HTTP, CDN, proxies and caching
• Working experience with distributed teams and leading them is a plus
• Strong hands-on on writing test cases and documenting UI component.
