 Key Skills –  

ServiceNow SecOps Expertise – Implementation/integration and customization support. (Not just admin or cursory experience) , Scripting & Integration Proficiency, Security Operations & Incident Management Knowledge.

ServiceNow Certification:

Must hold SN Certifications – must hold Development or Implementation related cert. (CAD, CIS etc, not just CSA)

Strong preference for CIS – Security Incident Response (SIR) and/or CIS – Vulnerability Response (VR) certifications.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

•  5–7 years of ServiceNow development experience, including 2–3 years with SecOps modules (SIR and VR).

•  Proficient in ServiceNow development including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and REST/SOAP integrations.

•  Strong understanding of security operations, incident response processes, and vulnerability management.

•  Experience with third-party tool integrations relevant to security operations.

•  Familiarity with CMDB, ITSM, and ITIL best practices.

•  Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (SIR)

An Interior Designer creates functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by collaborating with clients, selecting furniture and materials, and ensuring designs adhere to building codes and regulations. They translate client needs into design plans, often using software like CAD, and may also manage project timelines and budgets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration:
• Understanding client needs and preferences to create designs that meet their specific requirements. 
• Design Planning:
• Developing floor plans, layout schemes, and spatial arrangements for interior spaces. 
• Material Selection:
• Choosing furniture, finishes, lighting, and other materials that enhance the space's aesthetics and functionality. 
• Technical Expertise:
• Understanding building codes, regulations, and construction techniques to ensure the safety and integrity of designs. 
• Project Management:
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals. 
• Communication and Presentation:
• Presenting design concepts to clients, using visual aids like drawings, sketches, and mood boards. 
• Problem Solving:
• Addressing challenges that arise during the design process, such as budget constraints or technical issues. 

Required Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Using design software (CAD, BIM, etc.), understanding building codes, and knowledge of construction techniques. 
• Creative Vision: Possessing a strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and design principles. 
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in interior design is typically required.
• Experience in design projects, including internships or entry-level positions, is often preferred.
• Some states may require licensure or certification for interior designers. 

years MS SQL Server Administration experience required 

∙Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems. 

∙ Provide technical leadership for the service component or the product. 

∙IT Operations with strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and best practices. 

∙Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and third-party tools 

∙Experience with backups, restores and recovery processes 

∙Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server  

∙Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.

∙Manage Encrypted database, TDE and SSL certificate

This role is for a passionate and meticulous Test Engineer, with a strong focus on ensuring better customer experience through hands-on implementation of QA best practices

• Designing test strategies, covering functional and non-functional requirements, planning, execution, reporting and automating
• 100% automation accountability
• Multitask on release deliverables, customer issues, stake-holder management
• Ensuring traceability matrix processes between requirements, test design, test cases artifacts to achieve 100% customer requirements coverage
• Plan and achieve code coverage targets via test design and test automation
• Prompt and meticulous in reporting status of ongoing tasks/deliverables
• Challenging status-quo, responding to opportunities/organization needs, showing proactive accountability with a strong focus on fundamentals of Test engineering

Mandatory skills:

• Deep understanding of SaaS/Web-based applications/ Micro Services architecture
• Strong in fundamentals of Functional and Non-functional testing concepts (Reliability, Stress, Load, Limits, Performance, Scalability, Usability, Security, Configuration/Compatibility, ad-hoc, etc.)
• Automation :
  Selenium (Java) OR
  API testing (Jmeter, RestAssured)
• SDLC, STLC (Agile), JIRA, Defect Life Cycle
• At least 1 - 4 years of experience in tech product companies.
• BE/BTech/MTech graduate
