Join Torero Softwares Ltd as a Customer Support Executive and assist clients in resolving queries related to software, accounting, and GST while providing training sessions for our Medica software.
*Key Responsibilities and Skills 🧑💻*
* *Client Support:* Assist clients with queries related to software, accounting, and GST by delivering high-quality solutions.
* *Software Training:* Lead training sessions to help clients make the most of the software.

* Commerce graduate preferred (freshers with knowledge of accounting and GST are welcome!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable web/mobile applications.
- Design, build, Manage and mentor a team of Developers across backend, frontend, and DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to ship fast and effectively.
- Integrate third-party APIs and financial systems (e.g., payment gateways, fraud detection, etc.).
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and implement robust logging & monitoring.
- Define and enforce best practices in Planning, coding, architecture, and agile development.
- Identify and implement the right tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Own the system architecture and make key decisions on performance, security, and scalability.
- Continuously monitor tech performance and drive improvements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing Development teams and delivering consumer-facing products.
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of system design, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Any Ecommerce Online app a web Applications or any Payment Transaction Environment will be a plus point.
