Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B Intern ā Corporate Relations & Client Onboarding who will support our partnerships and placement team. Your focus will be on managing existing relationships, onboarding new IT companies, and ensuring a seamless experience for our hiring partners and learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new IT companies and ensuring proper documentation, communication, and alignment of expectations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with HR teams and talent acquisition partners to understand their hiring needs.
- Role Alignment: Work closely with internal placement and learning teams to map learner profiles to current job opportunities.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, collect feedback from partners, and ensure a smooth process for both learners and recruiters.
- Data Management: Maintain records of partner interactions, job role requirements, and placement progress using CRM and spreadsheets.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated with tech industry hiring trends, in-demand skills, and recruitment practices to better serve our partners.
Who We're Looking For
Education: BBA/MBA, B.Com/M.Com, BA/MA/MSW (English, Psychology, Sociology, or Mass Communication) with strong communication and coordination skills; preferred: Computer Science or IT background with interest in talent partnerships or placements.
- Strong communication skills ā clear, confident, and professional in written and verbal communication
- Client-facing experience ā ideally with IT/tech companies in partnerships, HR coordination, or talent engagement
- Proactive mindset ā takes initiative, follows up reliably, and manages time effectively
- Team player ā works collaboratively with internal stakeholders (placements, learning, operations)
- Tech-savvy ā comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, CRM platforms, Slack, Zoom, etc.
