We’re looking for an exceptionally passionate, logical, and smart Backend Developer to join our core tech team. This role goes beyond writing code — you’ll help shape the architecture, lead entire backend team if needed, and be deeply involved in designing scalable systems almost from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
- Pitch Clink’s value proposition and get restaurants use our product
- Explain our product in simple terms and increase usage
- Train staff to use the Clink dashboard effectively
- Use AI tools and Canva (or similar) to create sample creatives and show value
- Suggest ways to improve customer retention and maximize offer redemptions
- Build strong, lasting relationships with partners to drive retention
- Meet monthly onboarding and activation targets
