The Role :

We're looking for a detail-obsessed Manual Tester intern who takes pride in breaking things before users do. You'll be the last line of defense across our customer-facing mobile app and restaurant dashboard — testing real features used by thousands of diners and hundreds of restaurants every day.

This isn't a checkbox role — you'll own quality on real product flows from day one, working closely with the founding team.

What You'll Work On :

• Test customer mobile app flows end-to-end across Android and iOS devices
• Validate restaurant dashboard features — loyalty programs, offer management, and analytics
• Write and maintain test cases, test plans, and bug reports
• Perform regression testing across releases and hotfixes
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, triage, and verify bug fixes
• Identify UX inconsistencies and usability issues beyond functional bugs

What We're Looking For :

• Strong analytical thinking and sharp attention to detail
• Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports
• Systematic approach to exploratory and regression testing
• Hands-on experience testing mobile apps on real Android and iOS devices
• Good communication skills for working closely with developers

Nice to Have :

• Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman
• Basic understanding of how web and mobile apps work
• Familiarity with test management tools — Notion, JIRA, Linear, or similar
• Exposure to automation concepts (not required, good to have)
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or Instagram flows
