This is an internship, on-site role for a Business Development Intern located in Bangalore and Patna. The Business Development Intern will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks will include engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, presenting Disamina.ai's solutions, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Business skills
- Ability to make Cold Call and pitch to Prospects
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in the recruitment or HR technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
