Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Sales Operations Associate at Gieom Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team to achieve their goals and drive revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within the dynamic BFSI technology sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information.
2. Support the sales team in creating and updating sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to gather insights and data to support sales initiatives.
4. Aid in the coordination and logistics of sales meetings, events, and conferences, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and post-event follow-up.
5. Assist in analyzing sales performance metrics and preparing reports for sales leadership to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
6. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales operations and the BFSI sector.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
