🧠 Role Overview

We're seeking a Creative Marketing Associate who combines strong visual design skills with the ability to edit and produce short-form videos. You'll support our marketing campaigns by creating compelling content for LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and web, collaborating closely with our product and strategy teams to communicate Gieom’s value in clear, modern, and impactful ways.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design campaign creatives for LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter)

• Create visual assets for pitch decks, event recaps, thought leadership, and product features

• Edit short-form videos and clips (event highlights, product explainers, thought snippets) using appropriate tools both open source and licensed

• Assist in building motion graphics for platform and campaign storytelling

• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

• Work with the marketing head and agency teams to maintain and implement a content calendar

✅ Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Media or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in creative content, social media design, or video editing

• Strong hands-on experience with Canva (must), and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Figma

• Comfort editing video for social media (YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn snippets, reels)

• Attention to detail and a good sense of design trends, especially for B2B SaaS/Regtech/Fintech

• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and collaborate across functions

Responsibility

• Working in the area of Governance ,Risk & Compliance and Process Management
• Part of project teams , implementing client project involving global Banks and Financial Firms
• Liaison with various departments of the client and understanding the business requirement , mapping processes, documenting requirements, configuring systems , managing projects etc. 

• Quick learning of the products with ability to deliver presentation on product, requirement, solutioning etc.
• Working closely with Pre Sales Team, Product Teams and end clients to understand requirement, helping with POC and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Work alongside the Product teams to understand new features, use cases etc
• Should take initiative to carry out independent research around the industry, competitors etc and provide insights and display their learning by contributing to writing marketing contents like case study, blogs etc.

Ideal Candidate

• Fresher / Less than 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and oral skill – (is a must , as need to liaison with global clients )
• Ready to carryout local and global travels for long duration – (as clients are spread out)
• Certifications / Qualification in finance or operations domain (will have weightage)
• Must have Strong fundamentals on Financial / Operations domain ( A must)
• Qualification bachelors/MBA/CA/MMS/Diploma – No constraint
• Ready to join immediate

Key Responsibilities

Following are the key responsibilities for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager:

 Should be aware of the latest trends, technologies, and tools available to them to help manage projects effectively.

 Should be able to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and coordinate team members in order to complete projects on time and within budget.

 Must ensure communication between all stakeholders is up-to-date, timely, and accurate.

 Must develop strong relationships with vendors, clients, or other external partners

 Must manage project risks and issues that could arise, and conduct proper risk management practices.

 Should monitor progress throughout the life cycle of the project, provide feedback, and take corrective action where necessary.

 Should work cross-functionally with the larger team to lead individual project teams to solve problems, enhance services, and deliver a top-notch customer experience through program project execution.

 Bachelor’s degree

 Minimum of 5-years of experience successfully managing projects

 Information technology, software, and/or systems project leadership experience

 Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance across milestones
