Job Title: IOS Engineer (Remote)

The Impact you will create on the Job:

Developing SDKs on IOS with support for cross-platform technologies like ReactNative, Flutter along with hybrid development over platforms like Cordova.

Apply data structures and algorithms to optimize the code for a lower memory, battery, and processing footprint - all with the goal to build plug-and-play SDKs that don’t expect the app developers to write any supporting code in the app.

You will be liaising with the cross-functional teams to get an in-depth understanding of the functional requirements and propose scalable solutions.

As an individual contributor, you will tackle some of our broadest technical challenges that requires deep technical knowledge, hands-on software development and seamless collaboration with all functions.

You will envision and develop features that are highly reliable and fault tolerant to deliver a superior customer experience.

What we look for?

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT from premier institute.

2-4 years of industry experience in iOS development, with at least one live app on App Store.

Good knowledge of Objective-C, Swift 5, data structures and algorithms.

Fair understanding of Native Frameworks, specifically concurrency handling, data persistence (User Defaults, Keychain, Core Data), and background tasks.

Good understanding of iOS Frameworks related to UI and network.

Fair understanding of Apple’s concurrency handling, Core Data, and NS Operation classes.

Familiarity with developing UI with both XIB/Storyboard and code.

Good understanding of SDK integrations, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Interested in exploring mobile app development ecosystems like React Native, Cordova and Flutter.

Comfortable with tackling ambiguous problems and unblocking yourself.

Fair understanding of Push Notification ecosystem.

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
2. Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotes.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the sales manager when necessary.
4. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and analysis as required by the sales manager.
5. Coordinate with the sales team for weekly meetings.
6. Provide regular updates to the sales manager on the progress of sales targets.
7. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
8. Monitor and track sales targets, quotas.

This role is critical in leading our fintech product development, ensuring the integration of robust security measures, and guiding our team in Hyderabad towards delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of fintech solutions, focusing on fraud prevention and AML, using Typescript, ReactJs, Python, and SQL databases.
• Architect and deploy secure, scalable applications on AWS or Azure, adhering to the best practices in financial security and data protection.
• Design and manage databases with an emphasis on security, integrity, and performance, ensuring compliance with fintech regulatory standards.
• Guide and mentor the development team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning in the fintech space.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure project alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in fintech, fraud prevention, and AML, applying this knowledge to drive the company's objectives.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on fintech solutions and a strong understanding of fraud prevention and AML strategies.
• Expertise in Typescript, ReactJs, and familiarity with Python.
• Proven experience with SQL databases and cloud services (AWS or Azure), with certifications in these areas being a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement secure, high-performance software architectures in the fintech domain.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving excellence.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with additional certifications in fintech, security, or compliance being highly regarded.

2+ years of experience in Salesforce or other development

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related years of experience and technical skills

Salesforce certifications preferred, e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II

Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and / or Force.com at an enterprise level

Experience with SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, Page Layouts, Email Services, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events

Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura, and Flow

Verify and validate complete end-to-end testing with the business and client/carrier

Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented programming

Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL

Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk)

Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools

Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to regularly update stakeholders on project status, e.g. project phase, issues/roadblocks, go-live dates, etc.

• A Data and MLOps Engineering lead that has a good understanding of modern Data engineering frameworks with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Azure Machine Learning and its development lifecycle and DevOps.
• Aims to solve the problems encountered when turning Data into meaningful solutions using transformations and data science code into production Machine Learning systems. Some of these challenges include:
  • ML orchestration - how can I automate my ML workflows across multiple environments
  • Scalability - how can I take advantage of the huge computational power available in the cloud?
  • Serving - how can I make my ML models available to make predictions reliably when needed?
  • Monitoring - how can I effectively monitor my ML system in production to ensure reliability? Not just system metrics, but also get insight into how my models are performing over time
  • Reuse – how can I profess reuse of artefacts built and establish templates and patterns?

The MLOps team works closely with ML Engineering and DevOps teams. Rather than focus just on individual use cases, the focus would be to specialise in building the platforms and tools that can help adoption of MLOps across the organisation and develop best practices and ways of working to develop a state of the art MLOps capability.

A good understanding of AI/Machine Learning and software engineering best practices such as Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD.

Have excellent communication and consulting skills, while delivering innovative AI solutions on Azure.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building state-of-the-art MLOps platforms and tooling to help adoption of MLOps across organization
• Designing cloud ML architectures and provide a roadmap for flexible patterns
• Optimizing solutions for performance and scalability
• Leading and driving the evolving best practices for MLOps
